Property was very clean. Owner responded very quickly to any concerns. Great location perfect for family and friends for an FSU graduation.

Upon arrival we weren’t able to get in to the house. Apparently the owner had changed the code and we didn’t get the message. The owner got back to us quickly with a new code, but didn’t provide any instructions on how to enter. After a few minutes of back and forth we were able to get in. Once in we noticed that the house wasn’t particularly clean. The fridge and freezer had old food in them, the closets had junk and trash in them and one of the bedrooms had random trash in the toy kitchen. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, but details were missed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the yard was large. I do have an issue with the house being listed as a 6 bedroom. The bonus room/6th bedroom can only be accessed from outside (which is mentioned in the listing), but it smells, has visible mold, and is so humid we couldn’t stand to be in there for more than a minute. There was no way we were putting anyone in the room. I’m my opinion the rating could be raised to a 5, if the house is thoroughly cleaned and the 6th bedroom is removed from the rental all together.

We have stayed at this home many times. The experience is always amazing. We would stay here during every visit to Tallahassee if it was possible.

This is our second time using this home for church events at St. Peter's Anglican Cathedral - it's always great for our purposes!

We stayed here for 5 weeks while taking grad classes at FSU. The location is great, the house is awesome, but it was a little dirty when we got there. All the counters had a layer of grime, the pots and pans were put away still dirty. Some of the bed comforters smelled like they had been febreezed and not actually washed. We washed all our sheets before sleeping the first night because they had a weird smell. The washer had mildew on the rubber lip inside. On the bright side, we did have a small electrical issue while we were there and Jami was great about getting it handled. We had an electrician at the house quickly and the problem was fixed without issue. The house had lots of space, communication was great, everything but cleanliness really was excellent

Property was well located in quaint neighbor hood near Capital City country club and Meyer's Park. Well laid out floor plan and open kitchen, dinning room and living room. Nice back yard and deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my son's graduation from FSU. One observation I will make is the living room furniture is tired and in need of updating. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property!

We were extremely happy to find this large home for our daughters wedding weekend. It is in a very convenient location.. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Large kitchen. Propane grill outside that we used to cook out. Jami was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely be renting this house again for football weekends!

I had to be in Tallahassee for a few days. I took my two small dogs. Perfect house and the back yard is amazing. Hated to leave. Thank you so much for letting us stay. I hope we’ll be back soon.

I’m originally from Tallahassee but my mom is the only family still in town and she lives in a memory care facility. Our family is spread out over three countries but we wanted to do Christmas in Tallahassee this year so my mom could join us. This house worked well for our extended family. Our group included three young children and an infant. The house was great for everyone to spread out and the cousins enjoyed playing in the large backyard. We had a few fires in the fire pit in the evening. Because of COVID worries we did a lot of cooking in the large kitchen which worked well. The kids were fascinated with the ice and water dispenser in the fridge. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we enjoyed several walks around visiting various playgrounds and parks in the area. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a really nice touch. Almost every room has its own bathroom. This house is great for several families together.

What a perfect home for our extended family to gather and celebrate. and homey in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to everything! Spacious open area for kitchen, dining and living was perfect for our group.

Not well kept property. Beds were so squeaky you couldn’t hardly sleep, Had not been deep cleaned in a long time. Yard was unkept, towel racks broken off, toilet seats loose, we had to reclean fridge, kitchen drawers had crumbs. There was literally one towel and one washcloth for each person for a week. On top of furniture and underneath were dusty, including finding trash and dirty sheets under a bed. Washer was moldy. On upside, the owner was easy to reach, listened to our concerns and was apologetic and refunded us some money.

This home is well appointed with plenty of space. It is close to parks, FSU, FAMU, and lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and communication with the owner was very easy. I highly recommend this property!

We came into town with 4 couples for an FSU game. This house is better than the pictures. The living room/kitchen/dining room are a good size. Great porch/back yard. Cute neighborhood. So many bathrooms.

House was great for a vacation with multiple adults. Five bedrooms. 3 of which have its own bathroom. Great big backyard! Jami is a great host!

We stayed at the property during a football weekend to visit our daughters and had a great time! The house was perfect, the location was great and our host was accessible and a great communicator. We plan to stay there again over the next several years while our daughter is enrolled in school. Thank you for a nice stay!

We evacuated here from New Orleans and were so grateful to have this home away from home. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Jami was great to communicate with and helped us when the TV had some issues. Would recommend if you need a place to stay in Tallahassee. Neighborhood is beautiful with lots of parks!

We stayed in this lovely home while moving our son to FSU. The home is spacious, welcoming and well appointed. The owner was helpful and easily accessible. You can't go wrong staying in this well maintained home. Hope to stay here again during our next trip to Tallahassee!

We were very happy with the layout and roominess of this house. The kitchen was large and enjoyable to cook in with gas stove. The back yard was relaxing and private. We like hanging out in the living room with comfortable furniture. The windows in the dining room made it a very nice place to sit and eat. We would definitely book this house again!

My family stayed here for my son's graduation. Great location. Convenient. Very nice neighborhood. We hosted a small gathering before graduation and had plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen.

We were celebrating college graduation and it was a perfect space to gather our entire group. Kitchen was well equipped, including a crockpot!

We had a wonderful stay here. Very nice and spacious home, just as advertised. The beds were comfy, kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 10. The backyard and deck area were very cool, we enjoyed some quality time there. We came for graduation at the Civic Center and it was the perfect location. Felt safe and welcome throughout. The WiFi was a little spotty, but we weren’t there for the internet, so it didn’t matter much. Host was quick to respond and very hospitable!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
