Good breakfast.

Room had not been cleaned thoroughly, dirty towel behind bathroom door, coffee maker circuit was tripped, no creamer for coffee, no sugar in room, Dog fee at $50.00 per pet is outrageous incremental revenue with little or no additional cleaning required.

the staff was great

the rooms were not clean. visible hair in the shower drain and fresh makeup on the bedding. didnt appear to be clean.

Beautiful garden and building

The hotel was booked but staff and supplies not quite enough for the morning breakfast crowd. staff was overwhelmed and they tried their best.

the lake

it was a horrible experience. There was kids running up and down the hallways in the hotel. No one doing nothing about it. We had roaches in our room, the lights keep flickering on and off around 12 o’clock. The fire alarm went off, you can smell something burning the fire department came, but they couldn’t find anything. they didn’t have any extra pillows for the pull out couches so the kids had to use sheets as pillows

Clean room. Quiet. Size of room. Everything was great. This was my second stay here.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was entertaining, had a great ambiance, and was clean. Breakfast was a great plus. I will definitely stay again if I need to come back to this area.

Wish I could have used the electric fireplace in the room.

Will return from our fair we were tired and we could not get in our room as none of the key cards worked and even when the night manager came to use her key it did not work either so a guess who stayed there figured that the battery in the door did not work the manager Dan called the off-duty manager and he tried several calls and it did not work and the problem was emotional support dog was at the door inside of them while we were working on A guess who was staying there actually had to go in manually with a screwdriver to change the batteries as he figured out that the door did not work it caused havoc as my wife has an emotional support dog and it stressed her out and no one offered a courtesy a partial refund or anything we are going to try to book a trip in Orlando from November 18 to the 21st at the straight bridge suitesPlease contact me as this trip is in two weeks 813-562-8351
