My family came into town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. It was very clean and well maintained, easy to find and check-in. Will use again when I come back into town.

Property was central to all our day trips and the layout suited our extended family. We would book again if back in town.

Nice location, nicely done house with perfect owner. Two issues not mentioned in listing. First there is NO parking for more than one car. Second the stairs are necessary to access any bedroom are small, steep and brutal. Bad knees or hips do not rent. Small quip there are no small tables in bedrooms for electronics so that's was small issue. House is very well appointed and very clean.

We have stayed here multiple times now and have no issues or complaints. We are from the area and the location is very close to our friends and family. Rusty is always quick to answer any questions and accommodate requests from us.

Owner is always quick to respond and great communication, house is clean and exactly as shown. We basically plan on staying here if available every trip back home to tigard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as there was plenty of rooms available for everyone to spread out and relax after touring the local and nearby attractions. All the household essentials that we needed were provided, and the owner was responsive when we had questions. We would definitely consider coming back here. Thank you!

This house is perfect for our needs. Beautiful, clean and amazingly quiet. 5 teachers came for a shopping get away. There is more than enough room and all of the amenities you could ask for. Perfect location. Can’t believe how quiet the house is. Great insulation from the outdoors. We will definitely be coming again.

We lived in Portland for 10-years and were back in town for a birthday party. Rusty’s property is exactly as advertised. Nice house, quiet, clean, nice back yard, well maintained. Zero complaints. The location is also very, very easy. Close to literally everything. Highly recommend. We will be back.

This is a wonderful rental located in Tigard, Oregon. The location is very convenient as it is only a few minutes drive to Main Street and is easy access to downtown Portland. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, is immaculately clean, and is very comfortable. The third floor loft is a great space and was a nice standout room for us. The host, Rusty is very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again. We really enjoyed it!

We stayed at this home for 3 nights during the New Years weekend. It was the perfect size for our extended family of 8. All rooms were made up equally nice, with newer beds and furnishings. It’s a newer home, very clean, within a unique neighborhood of narrow row houses. With the homes as close to each other as they are, I had some reservation about privacy, but was pleasantly surprised with the comfort, and it turned out to be a non-issue. We all enjoyed our days touring the city and Oregon Coast, then meeting up at the end of the day, enjoyed most of our time in the living room & dining room area. Awesome Kitchen! Great Stay! Recommended for large families and for anyone with concerns of cleanliness., This is the place!!

I would rent again!!

This is a lovely, well-maintained house. Spotlessly clean. Our small family had a very enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, gadgets, and even an assortment of Pyrex dishes. We cooked and baked a feast for Thanksgiving with no problems (including some delicious dishes preordered from New Seasons Market — thank you to Rusty for that recommendation). Note: this is a very tall, skinny house. The flights of stairs are long and steep, and the driveway is narrow. I was glad everyone in our group could help unload the car and carry their own suitcases up and down the stairs. Another note: the third floor has a TV/sitting area and a bed, but there is not a door for privacy on this room.

We had an awesome girls weekend at this property. Plenty of space for all of us and everything was clean, cute and well put together. Parking was a little tricky in the area so I recommend for larger groups to take as few cars as possible. Overall we were very happy with the home, our host and our stay. 😊

Our families were evacuated from our homes during the September 2020 fires. We had this beautiful and well stocked home to come to. We even extended our stay by a few days until the evacuation levels lowered. We are very grateful for our time there.

The location of the property couldn't have been better! Very close to many excellent restaurants and the Washington Square Mall. The neighborhood was respectable and I felt safe. We had traveled from quite a ways and were pleased to come home to a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. The host was kind and checked in with us to make sure our accommodations were adequate and that we'd checked in okay. Thank you for hosting, Rusty! Excellent experience.

This home is perfect for a stay in the Portland area. We were close to downtown, hiking and wine country. The attention to detail in anticipating guests needs was beyond any experience we have had using VRBO or Airbnb. We walked in the door to find fresh flowers, chilled wine from a local vineyard and coffee from a local roaster. There were stems of fresh lavender In vases throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, pots and pans, dishes, spices and anything else you might need to prepare meals. The beds and linens made for a very comfortable sleep. The entire home was spotlessly clean.
