Nicely appointed, comfortable. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Great view of churches old and new. Nice host. Across plaza from terrific historical restaurant La Couronne

Stuffy with windows closed and bit noisy with windows open. Not bad in early May, but maybe a problem in summer.

The apartrment is right in the center, Place du vieux marche, and right around where one would find shops and restaurants and bars. It is just a couple minutes walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, and other places of interest. The apartment is well equipped, and there is paid parking about a hundred meters away. There's a lift!

Since the apartment is on the square, it gets noisy at night with all the restaurant and bar noises from below. It is bearable if you close the windows, but it does get hot inside with no AC. The listing on Booking.com mentions that for extras, 'make sure to have cash'. It was a bit weird to hand over 50 Euros for cleaning fees when we arrived, because cleaning fees in all the apartments we have stayed in were included in the fees.

Perfect location!! Right in the heart of the city! Next to restaurants and Main Street through Rouen. The owner met us there around 3:00 so we could drop off our luggage and we were able to check in at 5:00. We had to use google translate as our French is at the beginner stage. Nice place for small families who enjoy having more room than a typical hotel size room. Living and Dining area; kitchen with everything you need; two bedrooms; shower room and toilet. It was all we needed for a relaxing weekend out of Paris.

With windows open it can be a bit noisy due to people hanging out below the apartment building. With windows closed it was pleasant but got a bit stuffy. That had nothing to do with the apartment itself. Just too many people out in streets at night.
