- the check-out staff no professional: he was sleeping (instead to be at the reception, which should be opened 24/24h) - dirty (totally dirty!)

As promised AC did not work which let me get sick and my whole vacation got spoiled

hard mattress, old furniture, no breakfast, thin walls, don't book a room to the street side, it is quite load.

Central, but poor area.

No good hotel in terms of internet, hospitality, service and cleanliness.

The Hotel is close to a tram station, it has a restaurant and a supermarket in it for ease. It's got cool views of the river. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure and was hot. The cost was also very reasonable for the area. It was clean.

This hotel needs an update in general, it's worn and run down in the rooms, carpets are stained etc. HOWEVER it is clean and good value for money for the area, so that's reflective. Just maybe something for the hotel to look at in the future.

The room was a little dated and the curtains were ripped,but in saying that the linen was very clean

It was so expensive for a very bad room

Not close to venue of my program hence more expenses incure.

Superb stay and the staffs were excellent. And I love the reception team very well . Nice staffs. Also nice hotel.
