Everything during my stay at the hotel was perfect, the food, the staff, I couldn't complain about anything, it is such a beautiful hotel, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

Breakfast was good. Disappointed that had to go to McGettigan's pub for lunch and dinner and couldn't eat in the actual hotel.
Another guest had TV on loudly in the middle of the night. When mentioned to receptionist in the morning, she didn't appear particularly interested.
No seating or loungers in pool room.

On the night of the 4th there was terrible loud banging (like furniture being thrown around the room) either above or beside our room. It was frightening and we could not sleep between 2:30-4:30am. I called the night porter to report it.

Great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff . unlike many places these days there were always plenty of staff around and the level of customer service was excellent. Great food in the bar and restuarant -good prices and bog portions !

The leisure facilities are good and the bed was comfortable.
Staff are not so attentive -- simple requests such as an ironing board were made multiple times across the course of our stay but it never appeared. Other requests were also ignored. Room wasn't ready to check in when we arrived at the time requested. The breakfast is also disappointing for the €15 price.

Everything went well,hotel and spa were excellent. The location was perfect for diving our motorcycles.The night life was great 👍🏻.

Very relaxing hotel
No entertainment for a Sunday which was a bit disappointing and a bit expensive for just a overnight stay

breakfast was excelent as well, great choice, strange there was also a bottle of bushmills there with the sauses for those that needed a cure, very funny

We didn’t get to avail of the leisure centre or spa because it was closed but as it’s Christmas that’s understandable.

It's a very nice and fancy hotel
Myself and my partner work in the nightlife industry so stayed here overnight. We where disappointed that there was no hot water when we arrived back from a long night's work. Everything else was great

Rooms were lovely and food was excellent.
Currently pipes are being laid outside the hotel..it was impossible to go for a walk. If u were going out u had to take the car.

we have stayed here many times & have enjoyed it
music blaring throughout the night. Two night at the bar for food & drink was good. last night it was awful staff ignoring customers. very poor maybe need more staff
