Beautiful home in a beautiful surrounding. Lots of room for 8!

We've stay several times at Suncadia in houses and this was the cleanest property by far. Thank you!

We had family join us in Suncadia for Thanksgiving. The kids loved the hot tub, the adults loved the kitchen. The house is close to the lodge, and not far from some good hiking trails.

Great home, excited to come back!

Overall the house was in a great spot with great outdoor accommodations and perfect walking distance to the winery and lodge. Things to maybe upgrade or replace: Couches are pretty worn and hard to get out of No master closet to hang up your clothes Need throw Blankets for downstairs when watching TV Kitchen counter coffee pots are old and need updated Pots and pans (not a good variety for cooking) Stem ware for more than 4 people Utensils for cooking (not a good variety) It says 4 bedrooms but actually 3 for the 4th bedroom has no closet and glass doors to the living area and outside patio. Not a good space for children to sleep or adults with the noise from the main living area. It is an office space for sure. Very clean and comfortable overall

Great kitchen cooking equipment; but baking utensils lacking. Easy to find, excellent instructions. Missing a bit of coffee or sugar for first am coffee! Spotless; but dusty(maybe no one has been there recently) Would stay here again. Location was great and deer in the yard everyday! Hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit fabulous!

The house was very nice! The location was quiet and serene, located on the golf course. The hot tub was a huge hit with the family...and it was clean as a whistle and the perfect temp. My only nitpicks at this property and they are pretty small...one of the guest beds was pretty creaky. Move just a a little and it'll creak loud enough to wake you up. The master bath shower has a bit of a drainage issue and the carpets are a bit mashed and either need to be steam cleaned or replaced. Aside from these things, and trust me, they are small things...this place was great. Would stay here again.

The house was great and we had a good time. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house as there were things that were overlooked but overall it was a fun time with family.

We so enjoyed this place. It is quiet and big rooms and bathrooms. Well stocked/ the kitchen was so well stocked with pots and pans and ladles and everything. Only downside was that the dishwasher was broken and we had to hand wash the first evening and night: but it was promptly fixed the next day.

We had a very pleasant weekend but small child required extra supervision because of high cement outdoor eating area and steps to patio. No railings…clearly not to code…potential for injury.

Great property for my family to use as a fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in Suncadia and it was wonderful! The property was very clean, a variety of kitchen appliances were available (which was a nice treat), and we will definitely return...when the weather is a little warmer.

Great stay in a beautiful home

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and house was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful house had everything we need it for a cozy weekend getaway! One less start for overall stay for the location of the kids bunk room. It’s right off the main living area which put a damper on evening adult time.

The property itself is fine and in a good location but is not well maintained. With good cleaning and regular maintenance it would be nice but I wouldn’t take the chance to book again. Surprising since it had good ratings when we booked it. I would rate it 2.5 stars for location and removed the rest of the stars for cleanliness. Examples of poor cleanliness and maintenance:- dryer door has to be held closed with 5 gallon paint buckets or it won’t work. You wonder why there are random 5 gallon buckets in the laundry room when you walk in... well when you go to dry your laundry and realize you need something heavy to keep the door closed....- dishwasher lower drawer does not slide out. You have to lift it out. Half of the silverware baskets are completely melted through and unusable. You start thinking your losing your mind when you keep putting spoons in the basket and then hearing them clank when they fall through to the dishwasher. That’s when you find out you were indeed not missing the silverware basket, the basket was just a quick stop on the way to the bottom of the dishwasher. - refrigerator water dispenser just doesn’t work- dishes and silverware that were in the cupboards were dirty. It wasn’t just a one off situation. Nearly every dish I pulled out to use was not clean. A lot of the cooking utensils are melted or don’t function well. Bring your own can opener (the one there stinks) and knives... there are a lot of knives available but they are mostly very dull. - very dusty. Main surfaces looked dusted but there were piles of dust along baseboards and on top of the tv and thick impossible to miss cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. - the barstools are completely stained and dirty looking. - the bathtub in the master bathroom was not clean (it had dirt in the main basin)- it is strange that it notes not to remove the duvet covers or pillow shams unless they are soiled. So... not clear if they are washed or replaced between guests. I understand rental properties are more high use and have stayed in a handful of properties in Suncadia, but this is the one property I would not book another time. I’m not sure if the condition of the place has been communicated to the owners or if they are unaware of the cleanliness and repairs needed. If it was clean and better maintained it’s a great location.

Wonderful property, everything was as advertised. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Kids had a blast. Love the nice touch of having lanterns outside for the evenings. Had a little problem with the screen door leading to the patio, usual thing, may be some tuning needed.

We had a great time. The house was really clean and cozy. Very spacious and big enough for 8 people to sleep comfortably. Definitely recommend by me and my friends.

Great house. Had a good amount of amenities in the kitchen but the rest of the house could use some help i.e. laundry soap towels and shower items. Obviously not required but it would really round out the house.

Plenty of beds and room for sleeping also. The kitchen is huge, but may not have everything you need. The hot tub and undercover area was great and the location is excellent. The management company was very accommodating and great to work with.

Overall enjoyable. Dishwasher needs to be fixed, silverware holder needs to be replaced holes everywhere in it Some blankets would also be nice. Lots of stains on chairs in kitchen.

Very nice home. Loved the outdoor seating. Only thing is the couches inside are very uncomfortable to sit on.
