Looks like it was refurbished within the last few years so looks bright and airy and the pool area is nice. Had a private terrace in our room on the top floor, which was nice (although got very hot in the direct sun in the afternoon) The ladies who checked your reservations for breakfast and dinner were very friendly, tolerant and patient despite the queues and the lack of tables.

the queues for the breakfast and dinner! Restaurant is way too small for the number of guests and dinner doesn't start until 7:30 and it's almost literally a bun fight to get a table. Either increase the room size, increase the hours, or have more sittings. for British people with kids 7:30 is very late to eat we only choose to have our room cleaned a couple of times but even after being cleaned the room was dusty and the bathroom was hardly touched. Food was ok although we did get a bit bored with the choices and chose to eat out a couple of nights rather than face the fight for a table and the mad hoards grabbing at food and shoving past.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnellement je le trouve sympa. Tout le monde porte des tenues correctes sans que ce soit ambiance défilé de mode. Naïma a l accueil du restaurant est très sympathique. Seul point à améliorer le nettoyage quotidien des chambres qui restera très approximatif. Quand au transats du mieux cette année grâce à l empilage le soir puis enchaîner. Mais soyez dans les starting-blocks à 9h30 quand ils sont libéré car les gens se jettent dessus pose la serviette puis disparaissent. A l espèce humaine 🙄

Zona piscina

Las camas,un sólo ascensor para todo el edificio,la ubicación,tener que pagar por la mini nevera, animación inexistente, el personal,lo lejos que era la habitación del resto de instalaciones

Las instalaciones estaban perfectas ñ, zona de la piscina muy cómoda

La variedad de la comida muy escasa y recogen muy pronto la comida

Las piscinas, las piscinas nos encantaron

Me gustó la comida (variedad y bastante rico todo) y las instalaciones están bastante bien, estuvimos 5 días y volveremos seguro!

The AC did not work, after a failed attempt to troubleshoot the unit, the front desk staff refused a room change. The photos of the renovated rooms do not match the actual room condition. Poor food choices and taste.
