Room too small, no security grates on windows so did not open window at night, therefore very hot.

ceiling fan was not adequate to keep us cool- open shutters - if you have a lot of luggage too many stairs.

The reception staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. They really make you feel at home. The loaction in the centre of the city is perfect for exploring and getting to great cafes and attraction. The room was quiet and comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only and it was perfect for this as it was central to everything. Shower was clean and powerful (but ladies, pack a hairdryer). Bed was a small double but comfortable and fine for one night. Staff were very friendly!

The location of the hotel is priceless. It is on the center of everything. Besides the location,the comfort of the rooms, quality of breakfast and the kindness of the staff make me recommend 100% the hotel

The location of the hotel is ideal because it is right in the centre of the city next to almost everything. The room with a view to the city is a little bit noisy but nothing to bother you. The personnel is very friendly and helpful more than average. Definitely a choice for next visit.

Friendly staff

Room too small. Only one chair in room, Too little furniture. Beds too short. En-suite too small to move in comfortably. No toilets outside bedrooms.

This hotel is right inside Bordeaux’s historical centre, which is an enormous advantage, as you step outside the hotel and right into the sights (the cathedral and Pey Berland tower are about 4 min away on foot). If you are the all-day-sightseeing type, it’s a great choice, as you may pop in for a short break between sightseeing sessions. Rooms clean, quiet, heating in winter, very good breakfast. Only minor issue, the lift doesn’t take you to all floors, you may need to go up a few steps to your room. Parking very close by (paid but reasonably priced – there’s an agreement with the hotel). Polite and helpful reception. Overall, very good value.
