For starters Edith, Rosy, and Juana were amazing! They were super attentive to our needs and made our stay significantly more enjoyable! The home itself is massive, don’t be fooled by the 2-D pictures! I cannot stress enough how much space there was in the home! The home is located just a short and inexpensive 15 minute Uber ride from everywhere! The A/C’s located through out the home made it easy to cool off! Great space to host a family get together or friend reunion! The pool and entertainment area were a huge bonus and we were out there everyday!

We had an amazing time and the staff were phenomenal. Edith, Rosey and Juana (Janny) made our stay there very enjoyable and welcoming. They helped us with everything and the food was excellent for our family of 12.

The property was just as the photos and descriptions stated. The staff Gera, Josefina and Juana were hospitable and friendly. The food was delicious and the bedrooms were immaculate.

The house, staff, location, and everything else included in this place is all you need to have the best stay ever! Even more beautiful in person and the staff are amazing. Choose this place!

We went down as a family (8 adults and 6 children under 7) and had a great trip. The communication leading up to the trip was great, Edith did an excellent job answering all of our questions and helping with coordination. The food was amazing, and all of our requests were accommodated. We would stay here again for sure!

We had an incredible time at David’s home. It was exactly as advertised. The little details make it feel like home. And the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and they truly made it feel so special. We loved the neighborhood - just removed enough from the tourist zone to feel local but close enough to easily enjoy the beaches and stores. We couldn’t recommend this lovely home any more and can’t wait to return.

I decided to reserve our stay at Casa TC for a friend's 30th birthday celebration and boy was that a great decision. Our group of 13 adults fit perfectly inside this super spacious villa. First, I need to praise the property. It was exactly as pictured and was even more stunning in person. All of the amenities worked great. The heated infinity pool was definitely a favorite among our group. The location was great as well, exactly the perfect distance away from the busy downtown area and tourist attractions. Next, the staff! I could go on forever about how amazing Edith, Juana, & Rosa were. Well before we even arrived Edith and I had a great open line of communication. She was beyond friendly and super helpful with the planning and made traveling a breeze. Everything we needed was anticipated and anything additional we asked for was provided happily. Our Chefs were top tier, every dish was stunning. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend just letting them decide what to prepare, we were never disappointed. If you're on the fence about this one, don't hesitate, reserve your stay. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I'm already planning our next stay here!!!

Excellent location just outside the hustle of downtown. Amazing home with plenty of room and amazing rooftop view. There’s a downstairs bedroom excellent for members who may not be able to climb stairs. Edith and staff were amazing and accommodating.

This house was great for 10 adults who wanted to party. Fridges were fully stocked with beer and it was great to wake up to freshly made breakfast. The pool area was a great and the top canopy area was a fun late night hang out spot.

We came to this Villa to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary with our family and friends and we were so happy with all the accommodations! The Villa was clean and huge! With the 20 guests we had, we needed a place for everyone to be able to stay c comfortably for a week! Our ages ranged from 2-49 years old and everyone had their own space! Edith and her team are AMAZING and we can't wait to return!!

Our group of 12 really enjoyed this home! The staff (specifically Edith) made us feel welcomed and also made it easy for us to do what we wanted. The only reason I gave the location a 4/5 rating is because my group ventured to the Zona Romántica quite often and to transport 12 adults was always a mission (Ubers were pretty reliable but requesting 4 Ubers at once can get cumbersome). And though the drive is technically just 10 min away, driving through cobblestone streets wasn’t easy. But most of PV is like this so we just made due. 100% not the villas fault but good information to know when booking. Regardless, I would 100% book this location again and hope to stay there soon.

Pictures don't do this property justice. We went as a family of 11 and the place was perfect. There are different areas of the house that fit every need. We played cards, had fun in the pool and relaxed/partied that fit everyone's agenda. Edith, Rosie, and Yani were the icing on the cake. They made the trip perfect with their food, help, and anything else you could think of.

Casa TC Vallarta is such a special place!!! There was so much room for the 17 of us (3 generations from 3 - 72 years old) to be together playing, relaxing, doing activities, but when we needed alone time, we could escape to our huge, beautifully decorated rooms and relax a little more. We only went out twice, once to the beach, once shopping on the Malecon. The rest of the time we spent at the pool, playing pool volleyball, having ping pong tournaments, practicing and participating in our talent show, playing cards, etc., etc. We also spent a lot of time eating Blanca’s (with help from Edith and Rosy) delicious food!!! The 3 of them worked so hard to keep us happy and were always so sweet and helpful!! Edith could make anything and everything that we needed happen, and Blanca and Rosy kept everything so clean and our tummies happy!!! We’re still having withdrawal pains from being so spoiled! Casa TC Vallarta is the perfect vacation home for a family reunion! We all hope to return soon!!!

TCVallarta is awesome. We had 18 family members there. The staff, Edith, Blanco, and Rosy were super. The cooking could have not been better. Lots of great meals. The property is about a 20 minute walk to the Malecon but taxis were very inexpensive. I would definitely book this property again.

Loved this experience from start to finish. Edith the concierge was amazing on scheduling our adventures and transportation. She is full of recommendations on what to do in PV during your stay. Blanca the chef, I will dream about the delicious food she makes. And Rosie made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay at the house. House is gorgeous and very spacious. This house and the staff I will never forget as this was by far the best experience I have had in Puerto Vallarta. We will be coming back for sure.

Just an unreal excellent experience with Davids property! Fit 7 couples perfectly — loved the gathering spaces, pool, and roof top deck! Neighborhood was great — tons of local spots for coffee and food! But what really made the stay was Edith and her crew! They were great — kept the home spotless, recommended dinner spots, set up excursions and transportation, and were just great people! Highly recommend for a large group or family!

Our party of ten 30-something-year-olds had an excellent week here at Casa TC! Highlights: - The concierge, Edith, was helpful and friendly. She made it seamless for us to arrange van transport to Sayulita and to have a medical professional come do pre-departure covid tests at the house. - The saltwater pool is clean and refreshing - The rooms were super well kept and private. - The amenities were top notch all around - showers were hot, nice new kitchen appliances, etc - The rooftop was the absolute best part. Edith helped us arrange for massages on the rooftop and it was a magical experience for everyone. Things to keep in mind: - Walking from here to the Zona Romantica / Los Muertos neighborhoods takes about 45 mins. A few of us walkers might have preferred a location more walkable to nightlife but Ubers were so cheap it wasn’t an issue. Plus the neighborhood was so quiet it was a nice refuge at the end of the night. - The food included in the rental package was convenient to have but could have been more tasty. The ladies who cooked (and did laundry) were so sweet, so I hate to even mention this. But as a group who often cooks for ourselves when we’re at home, we found we wanted to eat out more often than eat at the rental. Would definitely book this place again for a large group. Booked last minute for a party of 12 and the stay was amazing before we even arrived. Edith communicated with me almost daily to prearrange meals, transportation, COVID testing, and even a special order birthday cake. The accommodations were beautiful, from the entry and throughout every room. The pool was great for each family member, with a section for our toddler and ample floaties to relax. We have freshly prepared meals daily including the pico De gallo, guacamole, juices, chile relleno, taquitos, etc. Blanca and Rosie even made special requests that they never heard of like surf n turf burritos and carne asada fries...fresh! The most amazing was celebrating my 50th birthday with a cake decorated exactly like a Google picture, a Mixologist, and a special serenade. The location is in the heart of the community for an authentic Mexico experience while accessible to tourist sites if that is needed. We loved the villa so much we canceled all excursions to enjoy the amenities including lounging on the rooftop, karaoke in the family room, and games in the pool lounge. My family and I were cared for with the finest attention to detail and will be forever grateful!

Huge thanks to Edith, Blanca and Rosa, the family staff which quickly felt more like family after only a few days! <3 I happened to find this property on line "by chance" and it is the needle in the haystack. The entire experience was one like no other from the home which provides privacy for all to have their own rooms and bathrooms to the house with many large and open gathering areas. There are bathrooms at every turn which is very convenient with one on the roof top deck, in the home and outdoor area by the pool with its own shower area as well. The owner of this property thought of EVERYTHING and then some! With all the perks and emeneties, by far what made this experience like no other was the staff. Edith, Rosa and Blanca give it that family feel and take care of your ever need from laundry, cleaning and cooking. The food they cook is out of this world, it is all fresh, from scratch and authentic.

Edith and the staff were always available and friendly. They kept the house in pristine condition and made excellent meals. Everything we needed was provided on arrival and we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Casa TC Vallarta. The house was in great shape and very clean. The staff were so helpful. They even held our babies when we were eating! Our favorite meal was the huevos rancheros, which I highly recommend everyone requesting. Edith really made the trip easy. She organized all of our taxi's, outings, etc. We would definitely come back again!
