The propery is situated in great location and in very beautiful old building. The room was super comfortable with clean bathroom. I would recommend to anyone. First thing you hear in the morning are birds. That is so nice

Problem could be parking, but it is possible to find somewhere around. One more thing that could be useful is small fridge in room, in case you have anything that should be kept cold.

Great location, close to the main town attractions, safe environment. The room is great for a good sleep, has the right temperature and was facing the back, so no noise at all, anyways de hotel is located on a very quiet road. Bathroom is shared, but is clean.

That the shower was on the third floor only. (I stayed on the 1st floor)

Una mala experiencia. A dos días de terminar nuestra estancia en el hotel, observamos en nuestra habitación cómo de debajo del radiador salía un ratón, y a continuación otro, que se metieron debajo de la cama. Al ir rápido a moverla, descubrimos debajo de ésta dos cajas de raticida. Los ratones volvieron al radiador y comprobamos que había un agujero debajo. La explicación que nos ha dado el hotel, ha sido que todos los establecimientos del hyper-centro, pueden estar sujetos al paso de los ratones, debido a la situación geográfica y al agua que rodea el hyper-centro, y que disponen de un dispositivo en una entrada especializada para evitarlo. Pero nosotros, también teníamos este dispositivo debajo de nuestra cama. Conociendo este hecho, no entendemos por qué con este problema que existe, no tenían arreglado el agujero del radiador antes de ocupar la habitación. Nos hubiese gustado que esta información sobre la posibilidad de que hubiese ratones, nos la hubiesen comunicado.

No es un hotel, sino una especie de apartamento por el cual alguien debe ir a dejarte las llaves, tienen límite de hora de llegada indicado en la web, pero en mi caso incluso con llegada dentro del horario establecido, indican que no habrá nadie y se debe proceder como un airbnb

Odada ağır bir koku vardı sürekli havalandırmak gerekiyordu. Asansör olmadığı için valizleri taşımak çok zordu. Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu.

Great location, easy to find. A short walk to everything you would want to see. The room was comfortable and access details were communicated early.

Given there was no-one at the hotel when I arrived, it would have been helpful to receive details about where to store my luggage when I arrived early. Upon arrival, I tried calling twice and no-one answered the phone. I found a cleaner and she was very helpful.

Petit hôtel dans une vieille maison alsacienne. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Emplacement parfait, central, à quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale, de la grande rue, ou encore de la gare. Rapport qualité prix super ! Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais l'hôtel propose de le prendre dans un café à une centaine de mètres, avec une réduction, et la proximité avec la grande rue offre un grand choix de petits déjeuners !

Centrally located this boutique old property is creeky but has a old world charm. Comfortable stay, equidistant to all attractions. Warm welcoming staff. Detailed instructions on arrival n codes. Overall cozy place and definitely value for money for budget stay

Shared bathroom could have been maintained better, bad odour most of the time. Toilet on same floor but shower on another floor

Zimmer: klein und gemütlich, im 2. Stock Lage: zentral in Nebenstraße, Verkehr von Hauptstraße ist bei geöffneten Fenster zu hören Frühstück: gute Empfehlung zu nahegelegenem Café mit kleinem Preisnachlass schöne z.T. antike Einrichtung der Flure

Zimmer: wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, weil kein richtiger Schrank, sondern nur 1 hohes Regal, welches mit Bettzeug bereits nahezu gefüllt war Bad: Abzug funktionierte NICHT, sehr klein, es gab KEINE Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher Frühstück: es gibt KEIN Frühstück im Hotel

I like everything.

The hotel is in a great location! In the middle of everything but at the same time it is in a calm street where you can sleep peacefully. It is very cute and good for short stay. Also the staff was very helpful and nice.

Wifi was not great in in all the rooms.

Everything was perfect. Checkin was simple and easy. I requested a fan as I was feeling hot and I found it next day in my room.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it's right in the centre. The staff was also very helpfull. We were a bit early and they were checking if we could enter our room already. Unfortunately due some internet problems they couldn't find my reservation. We were allowed to leave our stuff there. Room was simple but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.

You can hear everything! I was awake pretty much the whole night due one of the neighbours who was snoring. You can hear every convo, also from outside. It's a very simple and old hotel. Even though its clean it smells old. The reception is at the first floor, it is really messy. I have to say that it just doesn't really feel like a hotel.

only one bathroom for the whole floor was thankfully okay for the 2 nights but it is not enough bathrooms in the hotel.
