Wir hatten ein schönes grosses Zimmer, alles war top, es war sauber und die Betten waren angenehm. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut! Wir werden wieder dort übernachten!

Café da manhã muito bom, na medida. A localização é boa perto de restaurantes e do centro e ruas movimentadas. A recepção do hotel é excelente! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Hotel silencioso. Cama boa, aquecimento ok ! A limpeza é impecável. Gostamos de tudo !

Nettes kleines Zimmer, mit allem es man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Sehr zentral gelegen, aber zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Leckeres Frühstück!

The hotel is only a short walk from the town centre and has a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful. It was value for money for a stay in Baden Baden, which is quite expensive.

No tea and coffee in the room and no fridge, even though they supply a kettle?

We had two double rooms, one was fine but the other was terrible. The room smelled really bad, and the carpet was wet (probably from a roof window having been left open in rain?). Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t able or willing to compensate us in any way. Would not stay here again.
