Breakfast was under stocked and many items missing at 9:00sm. I asked for pineapple, ham, eggs, juice, bread…all missing. I asked for 2 carafes of water in the room, none supplied. 10:00 check out is too early. Especially with breakfast being served until 10am.

Room with constant train noise snd church bells ringing. Breakfast not kept up with volume of guests.

Room with incredible views and balcony. Superb facilities including swimming pool and spa. The staff went out of their way to help us with bike hire and route planning.

The wellness are was the only thing we could enjoy a bit

The staff at the reception was not welcoming or service oriented. We had a question one time and he said I’ll be back in a moment, what did he had to do? Go and take a cigarette, unacceptable to have such staff at your reception. When booking the hotel it was not clearly stated that it was a no-car area so our trip got complicated because I was highly pregnant. I contacted the location to cancel our trip because it would be stressful, but the location refused to cancel our stay. Disappointing that they don’t rty to be understanding. I booked this hotel because it had a kids playground as shown on the pictures. But When arriving there we found out that the kids playground was converted to a gym and the staff was like ohh well its not there anymore. In the end we decided to check out earlier that expected because of poor service and facilities. The value for the price we pay is not fair, room rate is way to expensive for what it is.

Not enough time to enjoy the facilities and the area.

Excellent location at the foot of the ski lift. Booked because it was dog friendly (although we didn’t then take the dogs). Excellent and plentiful breakfast, including Easter eggs for Easter weekend - a nice touch. Bonus that the spa is included.

The location was perfect. Views were amazing. The housekeeping staff were polite and their hospitality was very good.

The property needs major renovation of the rooms and lifts etc. Also the breakfast needs improvement and addition of egg station is desperately needed.

Our rooms were upgraded. The location was excellant next the train station with views of the mountains and in the centre of the village. The hotel has excellant facilities including swiming pool and sauna as part of the package, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
