Personnel très accueillant et souriant. A l'écoute du client. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner plus tôt que les horaires prévus. Excellente localisation pour découvrir Budapest. La piscine est top pour se détendre. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres.
L'intimité de la salle de bain n'est pas idéale et cet espace manque de ventilation mais l'espace était très propre.

The cortile hotel is such a great place to stay!
Stuff was very friendly, the food extremely delicious, the pool area great, comfortable beds… perfect for a city trip and some relaxing hours in the spa area
The bathroom is more or less in the room, this was a bit special but not really negative

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es war zudem sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Bad war modern ausgestattet. Die Glasumrandung des Badezimmers muss man mögen (es ist mit Vorhängen abzudecken) uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Dachterrasse und das Pool sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Cocktails waren lecker. Der Pool hätte für unseren Geschmack ein paar Grad mehr haben können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß, alles frisch und lecker. Wir hätten am liebsten noch mehr gegessen. Nur der Kaffee hat uns nicht ganz so gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

La piscine sur le toit, les petits déjeuner sont bons. Le lit est genial et très confortable. L hotel est proche de tout c est très pratique
Les lumieres dans la chambre un peu dure à allumer. L eau de la douche qui s écoulait un peu dans la salle de bain bien que la salle de bain autrement est très bien et belle

Good central location. Amazing large, comfortable rooms. Cool decor, Comfy beds. Great walk-in shower. Beautiful pool and sun deck. Generous choice of breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Couldnt fault the hotel. Had a lovely stay!

Posizione ottima, stanza pulita e arredata con gusto, personale professionale e molto attento, colazione molto buona e con tantissima varietà anche di salato, nella hall ci sono bevande calde, a disposizione, a tutte le ore.
Sia all’arrivo che alla partenza c’è stata offerta una bibita e il caffè.
Dopo il check out non abbiamo solo lasciato i bagagli in custodia, ma siamo potuti rimanere in piscina.

The rooftop area is not a cocktail bar. It’s an area poolside where you can order drinks. The description of it being a cocktail bar was misleading and didn’t meet expectations.

Établissement très bien situé au cœur de Budapest. L’hôtel est très joliment décoré, les chambres son spacieuses et très agréables. Le calme règne dans tout l’établissement. Personnel très à l’écoute, disponible et professionnel. Tout l’hôtel est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et certains produits changent tous les jours.

Excellent location, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The roof top swimming pool is a great addition to the hotel. The room was cleaned frequently and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choices and high-quality food. Would have no problem staying here again, really is of 5 star standard.
The only issue I had was the room was very hot and I could not seem to control the AC in the room however, I did not raise this issue with the staff members so I can not hold it against the hotel as everything else was so good.

It was spotless and location excellent and the staff were very friendly
There was no smoking area , you had to go outside the front door for a cigarette even at the pool top of roof which was a big problem for a smoker which I am and booking . Com should have stated that . The balcony you could not smoke on and that’s why I booked a room with a balcony

J'ai l'habitude de voyager et je suis rarement tombé sur un hôtel aussi exceptionnel. Le personnel était d'une bienveillance et d'un accompagnement incroyables. Nous avons été accueillis par Adam, qui s'est montré très serviable et attentionné !
Les chambres sont très propres et calmes, et le rooftop avec la piscine et le bar constitue vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau ! De plus, j'ai été agréablement surprise par un petit cadeau qu'ils m’ont offert pour mon anniversaire !
N'hésitez pas, c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai visités !

Camere molto spaziose, piscina sul rooftop riscaldata con bar spettacolare, pulizia della stanza ottima e la colazione molto variegata. Staff della reception molto professionale. Posizione centrale, per muoversi é molto facile tra metro e bus.
