The location was close to University, hardly 6-10 minutes walk. The room was very spacious and had a place for cooking. Overall, the experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space outside the hotel where you could park the car.

Nothing, it was a great experience. The parking was paid in the garage but there was plenty of free space outside the hotel where you could park the car for free.

The apartment is really nice, good conditions and very clean. The location is very convenient, close to supermarket.

The kitchen facilities and equipment are extremely limited and outdated. They claim if asked they provide more kitchen equipment but upon request for extra cereal bowls they weren't available.

Staff. Bike storage.

Useless WiFi. Totally inadequate equipment: no kettle or coffee machine, 1 saucepan & 1 small frying pan. Very bare. The bare minimum.

Quiet location. Laundromat, grocery store nearby. Easy 1 mile walk to Cathedral de Leon.

A sign said to call if the kitchen needed something. We didn't bother but no way to wash dishes (no dishwasher, dish towels, paper towels, sponge. No teaspoons. Coffee cup had a Crack. Minimal cooking pots, etc. Don't expect to use the kitchen for much.

Value for money and parking was good.

Distance to old town. Kitchen could be better. Would have liked a toaster.

The room was quite large (with table and two chairs) and had two large single beds butted together. One mattress firm, the other soft. The bathroom was well appointed with bath and bidet. Buffet Breakfast was very good. Comfortable twenty minute walk to the city. Supermarkets and coffee places close by. Car parking(free) available.

The kitchen was sparsely appointed having minimal cutlery (only one knife for example), no plug for sink, no advertised mini bar, the small freezer section of the bar fridge was totally iced up and we had to boil water to defrost it and reset the temperature to get the fridge cold. No electric jug, milk or tea making facilities (commonly lacking in Spain), no toaster, no tea towel for drying dishes etc, WiFi is deplorable slow and when finally connected continually drops out, making it totally useless. No wine glasses just two small tumblers. Two old solid hotplates, old microwave (and small fridge). Control panel for aircon. was purely decorative as it did not operate. “Mountain Views” were there and could be seen with binoculars in the far distance. NO English speaking TV channels and no English subtitles(very frustrating). Noise travels freely through walls and ceilings (very disturbing) and if you were to stay here, make sure you get a top floor room(4th Floor) to take out ceiling noise, at least. Guests come and go at all hours of the night/morning particularly at weekends. The hotel seems to be a haven for young people of student age and young backpackers, who are typically more noisy than older travellers. Our last night there resulted in a lot of young student-types being threatened with Police attendance such was the noise they created throughout the night/early morning.

I liked the relatively good price. Breakfast was good too.

Not very soundproof and stone tiles didn't help. My room was equiped with a kitchen, however it was very basic. The location isn't that great. The buffet area is tiny, people were queuing to get breakfast, which is not very convenient.

When we arrived the room didn't have three beds as it was reserved, no towels or all the amenities for three people, just for two. we had to wait for them to put the third bed and bring everything else. However, the next day we got an apology from the management and the night before the employee was very hands-on in resolving the issue and apologizing.

Very comfortable, clean and the staff were very attentive The guy in the bathroom passing me my toilet roll was a little much (joking!) Excellently placed for the town centre, cafés and restaurants. There was a great choice at breakfast, even for a vegan like myself (don't hold that against me). Would definitely stay again if in the region.

The noisy neighbours above, who seemed to think that the wearing of wooden clogs was appropriate at all times. They also struggled with finding the right layout for the furniture in their room, so they kept moving it around.
