It was good value for money, clean and in an excellent location. The staff were very accommodating regarding keeping the room on .

Did not like having to continually prove that we we’re staying there. Even when we’d just been talking to the receptionist, if we left for a short time , we were pounced on by another member of staff. One particular member of staff was particularly zealous!! I don’t know whether she was the manager but she seemed to be ‘in charge’. I understand why this is done , obviously to stop non residents from using the facilities but it puts off actual residents from using them as well. She needs to dial it down a touch. Other than that, no complaints .

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Short walk to the three main beaches. Our apartment had two rooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The staff was impossibly friendly and helpful, offered three languages (Spanish, English and french) and helped us with renting a car. I would suggest they add another star, because this was far better then a 2* hotel

The room was a bit dated and the door to the balcony didn't have a seal so it was a bit noisy.

Rude / hostile customer service at the reception beware that they will try to RETAIN your passports overnight. Is this an identity theft scheme? They claimed Spanish laws make you LEAVE your passport OVERNIGHT at the reception. Checked online and it is not true. There are plenty other hotels in the area, I would never recommend this mediocre place to anyone.

The room and the hotel are clean, the hotel is just 2 min away from the beach, not noisy. Cristina at the reception is super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay overall.

Very close to beach and pay car park. Tastefully decorated. Had room with sea/ castle view👍👍 Receptionist was lovely. We would return!

Great location near the beach. Spacious rooms and the bar area is nicely decked out and has reasonably priced drinks. Good value for money on August.

Parking is generally very difficult in Tossa de Mar, but this is general for all hotels.

Ok hotel, rooms are a outdated, it could do with some renovation. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a parking just in front that you pay daily (12-15 euros).We didn't try the breakfast. It's in a great location, very close to the beach.

It's very noisy in the rooms, you can hear everything from people inside and outisde the hotel. Being a weekend we couldn't really sleep much (even after midnight). You cannot use the safebox and have to pay something more for it.
