When I arrive do was informed that there was not a room available for me and I was placed in a room that had not been cleaned, had no towels and the bathroom was filthy. Also I experienced bites on my hands after laying down on the bed. I could not sleep or be in the room as it was so dirty and uncomfortable so I went down to the lobby and reported the situation. I then was told there were no rooms that had been prepared for me so I proceeded to spend the night with no sleep in the lobby. In the morning they presented me another room but the toilet system didn’t work. The hotel refunded my city taxes and said that booking.com would refund me but after contacting booking.com and booking contacting the hotel the hotel refused to issue a refund. The hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel and I would say it’s no where near this. The whole experience was stressful and it caused a strain on me as I had no sleep after travelling. I had to go and get a room elsewhere as I could not stay at the hotel having gone through such a service and experiencing such awful service.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking from your booking website. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected based on the hotel's reputation. Firstly, the WiFi in my room is non-functional. for the entirety of my stay. Additionally, the electrical switch in my room is not working, which added to my frustration. Moreover, I was disappointed to find that there were no towels provided in the room upon my arrival. This oversight is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting. To make matters worse, the overall condition of the room is poor. I noticed that everything appeared dirty and unkempt, which is not what I anticipated from your establishment. I believe that guests deserve a clean and functional environment during their stay, and I hope you can address these issues promptly. What your website advertised regarding this hotel is completely opposite. I have booked several times hotels through your website and this is the first hotel so far I would like to add this is definitely not a four-star hotel. 1. TV not working 2. No tea making facilities or water 3. Reception staff very unhelpful 4. Room is very dirty with stain marks on the table lamp shade, wall, bed sheets, cobwebs 5. Side lamps cannot be switched on/off without pulling out the plug from the mains. 6. The main big lamp is not working. 7. On the entrance room the light is not working. 9. Dusty room. 10. Ants in the room 11. White towels that were very gray and old. 12. In room fridge was very dirty 13. Bath tiles were broken. 14. Bitten by bed bugs And the list goes on When I complained and they said there was no other rooms available. That was one of the reason why I left after two nights even though it was booked for four nights. The pictures are misleading on the website. I would like my money refunded

La piscine sauve un peu les lieux, beaux décors extérieurs. Le personnel de l'hôtel super accueillant hormis le personnel de la réception.

Je trouve que l'hotel ne mérite pas 4étoiles, la propreté laisse à désirer. Le hammam et spa fermé laissé à l'abandon un peu comme la salle de sport..... Le mobilier de la chambre un peu vieillot, l'hotel mérite une rénovation complète. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cette établissement.

La piscine était top

L’eau de la douche qui a aucune pression. La propreté de la chambre moyen. Deux mythes retrouvé dans notre chambre vivante. On nous enlèvé nos serviettes vers 10h du matin et on nous en remet que vers 18h pas top. Il est marqué qu’il y a une discothèque mais elle est fermé.
