Breakfast was good and all the staff were very obliging.

For the price paid we were very disappointed with the size of the room. Also being in the centre of the town has it's disadvantages - such as the noise of the market stalls being allembled right outside from 5.30am on Saturday morning. Unfortunately the hotel lift broke during our stay and being on the 3rd floor was a bit or a chore.

The staff were very attentive, especially at breakfast. Check in was simple and the parking permit for the car park was done within seconds. The room was immaculate and the view was superb! Hotel was with bing walking distance from everything you needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly. Staff were lovely, we even got a welfare check as we didn’t arrive at our estimated time and due to the weather we received a phone call double checking that we were ok. Beautiful rooms and extremely clean. Plenty to choose at breakfast also

The room was a little too warm for us and there was no way of turning the heating down. We opened a window but the room still remained quite warm.

Good location, comfortable bed, clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff let them down.

The room we stayed in wasn't as the photos we had the view of a wall, no dressing table and only one chair .but the rate was the same for all the town rooms. I think this room should have been at a reduced rate.

Great location and staff very friendly.

The room was on the first floor and on a side street. There was a loud generator which was coming from the adjacent building and which kept coming on and off. This was very loud and caused a disruptive sleep.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and very warm and welcoming. The staff could not have been more helpful from initial contact over car perking to checkout. The restaurant staff in particular were all excellent. Without doubt one of the best short breaks I have had.
