hotel is in the centre of Porto Cervo staff take care of car parking which is great because that would be a nightmare. staff very attentive

very dated. extremely expensive drinks and food - not good value for money even at 30% lower. hotel full of coach party tourists

nice clean hotel with comfortable beds good standard and clean rooms with very good service within rooms - changing of towels- turn down etc - Location good and very easy access to all bars restaurants and shops. All staff excellent very helpful at all times and welcoming . Also Complimentary water in room each day and evening if required - loved the tender rib boat ride to the hotels lovely little private beach which was quite basic but had a lovely time there as very peaceful and beautiful.

The bars drinks very expensive even for coffee and tea - but I had been warned about this so it didn’t upset our stay - the sad thing is it makes you drink locally elsewhere rather than at hotel.

Lovely restaurants in the area. Reception staff were v friendly and the pool attendants attentive.

Bar manager was v rude. Made us very uncomfortable. Room service 100ml glass wine €14 plus €10 for an ice bucket !! Understand there can be minimum room service charge but thought the €14 wine would have covered that. €24 for a 100ml wine is extortionate.

The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was also very good.

Drinks in the bar were very expensive.

Views and surrounding area lovely to walk around. Great food for half board option.

Restaurant music repetitive - think there was a fault on play list.

Some little defects in the door of the balcony & other tiny things that were a bit broken which I wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel. The food was crazy expensive & the value for money was often not met.

The concierge, Christian, was excellent in helping us with restaurants and things to do.

I hated The 15 or 20 taxis that were out in front of the hotel. It was impossible to get by them as we had a van. They should try and keep that area clear so that cars can get in there safely.

food and drinks are extremely overpriced - 7 euros for a water in the bar, but they do provide delicious amuse bouche. Pool area could do with some music / maybe a bar area. Beach facilities could be improved.

we agreed with hotel to change our dates and refund the last night we didn’t stay there till this day we didnt receive our money and refund

Wonderful and varied breakfast, friendly staff, great location.

Location was very central to the nice stores and restaurants. The private beach was really nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were really clean. Pool area was nice. Staff at the pool and the boat/beach were very friendly.

Finding the hotel entrance was really hard (when driving a rental car). The concierge service was at first very friendly until we had a mix up/miscommunication with a booking and then it felt like the staff were toxic towards us which made us feel really uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. The food and drinks were very very expensive.

Not much went well though the room was comfortable.

The pool was out of order and the ac wasn't even turned on at breakfast in that stifling heat. Amenities are poor too. Will never be back !!

The location is unbeatable. The rooms are on the small side but impeccable. The service is amazing as always. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to go back.
