La posizione, il mare, la tranquillità del luogo, la tonnara è molto bella e tenuta molto bene.

Per usare la piscina abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra e questo non era chiaro quando abbiamo prenotato

Amazing staff- super helpful and kind. Nice room, but only after an upgrade that they themselves initiated. Overall nice location- by the seaside, having its own pool and sunbeds. For entertainment- some aqua aerobics and yoga/ Pilates. Not every day- which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast buffet- no variety, every day the same and not serving any good fruits. In sicily they grow melons and watermelons, they have fantastic peaches etc, but everything that was served for breakfast buffet seemed like a secondary sort of vegetable/fruit, which is very disappointing. After a few days of our stay (8nights in total) the shower next to the pool and by the beach stopped working. They did not manage to fix it during our stay. bike rental is super expensive- half day 20 eur per bike. When we wanted to exchange the beach towels for the fresh ones (2nd time on our 6th day of stay) the pool guard challenged us on why we want fresh towels- a bit funny considering that we paid for these services.

it's a beautiful modern resort. great pool and easy access to the sea. good for snorkeling. great poolside bar. 15-20 min from Trapani harbor.

Staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Closed parking lot. Pool area is nice, but unfortunately pool bar was not open (weather was not that nice during the previous days, but we believe bar should have been ready for nice weather - mid May). Breakfast and food is good, good choices, but there were some downsides (for example sometimes cold scrambled eggs - not ideal). Superior bedroom was big and nice, but spaces could have been used better (especially for storage). Bathroom was ok, a little old compared to the room itself, and shower pressure is really low.

Nothing in particular, stay was overall pleasant and good.

Gorgeous setting, historical location on the west coast of Sicily. Proximity to sea and visiting Erice! Wonderful breakfast!

Great location. The hotel was peaceful and in a relaxing location. Our room was spacious and very clean. The pool was brilliant.

The breakfast was quite limited and the aircon didn’t work in our room.

The staff and facilities are really nice however the rooms are disappointing

Shower was tiny, smallest ive ever seen. Rooms were very very dated

The restaurant was always full for dinner and there are not alot of choices in the small town.

wifi only worked on the balcony and pool. And the speed was about 0.05mbps.

Great location- swimming pool and beach, pet friendly (15 euros additional but gets toys and food- great service)

Room was spacious and clean. Food was also very good.

The pool although large it is very shallow. The bathroom needs some modernising and a coffee and tea making station in the room would have been a great plus.

We stayed with our 3 children for 5 nights. The resort was set in a small fishing village and was very pretty. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was just big enough or us ( the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed is tiny and the kids ended up on the sofa in the living room, which was fine with us). The rooms were being cleaned daily, with towels changed as required, which was lovely. Parking on site. The pool staff were friendly and always managed to find you a bed, even if all were taken. :-) The pool was the best part of the resort and we would come back here just for that! After 5 days we all felt really relaxed and happy. Our youngest daughter loved the evening children disco. Nearby was a fab fish restaurant from which to watch the sunset.

It was a little disappointing that the hotel entertainment was either aimed at the little kids or adults. There were no family activities as such, apart from the aqua gym. Would also be nice to have a slightly better selection of pastries at breakfast. I know that breakfast is not necessarily a big thing in Italy, but our children would appreciate a few more freshly baked produce to choose from. It would also be nice to have some basic cleaning product for the duration of our stay, like a small washing up liquid, dish cloth etc ( we ended up buying 1litle bottle from a local shop). However, none of this would put us off staying again.

The size of the room was large, and most of the grounds were nice; bed was comfortable.

Pool closes between 1 and 3pm, the hottest time when you would most likely wish to use it. It closes again at 7pm, so no evening swims; rooms are extremely noisy (can here EVERYTHING in neighboring rooms); dining staff not very accommodating; simple changes could make the property better; breakfast not replenished often, could provide more outdoor shaded dining space; areas not well marked; pool music during day too loud; path down to "beach" was a dirt path with broken glass, not relaxing. Area beaches filled with seaweed. With some simple changes this could be a really nice place to stay.
