La proximité du centre ville
Être surveillés de nos actes, un débordement de joie de vivre ou d’être ensemble et discuter entre nous voire entre clients n’est aucunement bien perçu par le propriétaire et vous le fait savoir.
La moyenne d’âge est haute !
Le petit déjeuner est basique, mention sur les fruits non mûrs, les œufs à la coque cuits à l’avance !, du jambon de poulet… Ne demandez rien d’autre de ce qui est présenté comme une omelette, œuf au plat …, c’est un refus direct.
Ceci dit l’hôtel est charmant.

Petit déjeuner très copieux, emplacement idéal pour visiter la région. La piscine était bienvenue. Les hôtes très sympathiques et le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel excellent.
Un petit rafraîchissement au niveau chambre ex: peinture plafond et graisser les volets très durs à fermer.😉

A lovely, peaceful and relaxing hotel. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Delicious, seasonal food, cooked perfectly and reasonable prices .

Very comfortable room in the centre of St Quentin with lovely pool, terrace and restaurant with good food. The owner is charming.
Nothing really, though we regretted that the restaurant was closed for the second night of our stay.

Our ground floor terrace was easily accessible to the dining area and the restaurant but still felt private

Location.
- Parking was easy, but at checkout we were charged a tax for using their parking...
- The pool was nice but the filter system makes too much noise, it's impossible to relax (and it's easy to fix)
- 9€ for a pint at the garden in front of the pool? We went two streets away and paid half the price.
- I could hear the people from the other rooms at night opening and closing their bathroom doors etc...
Basically, I've been in quite a lot of 3 stars hotels... and this one it's a 2.

Great staff, great location nice pool good food and wine advice
Positioning of aircon outlet means you have to run it hard to cool the area with the bed so it is louder than it could be which makes good dkeep harder. Pillows could ve better quality too, too springy. Could do with some design input to improve the identity of the hotel and it's rooms. St Qentin is a very interesting town with a strong identity but the hotel has a very neutral identity. No good visual connection, it could be anywhere.
I think the new owners are thinking about this.

The property is beautiful and very clean. Lovely garden and terrace. The free private hotel parking is a bonus!

Spacious room, good facilities, staff friendly. Fabulous historic artisan ceramics and pottery hillside village.
Feels like the hotel has seen better days and now needs a comprehensive refresh. Was hoping for something better.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. French doors onto small private patio and a quick walk across the lawn to the pool. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide choice. Dinner was excellent. Staff are attentive. A field and forest behind the hotel for walking the dog. And a short stroll into the village with all its ceramics studios.
I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.

The restaurant is the best one in the city. A bit pricey but it's a good one.
Room was nice and clean. Unfortunately in the morning it got really loud from all the people that walk in the hallway and we got up at 8am because of that.
