The beauty of its old, well maintained craftsman's interior and it's quiet peaceful environment. A great escape from the noisy city just outside. The included breakfast was well done with all the coffee you wanted and a nice plate of fruit if you asked.

The hot water in the shower didn't work the last time I stayed there which was very usual for this place.

Classy old fashioned style hotel, attention to details, amazing and caring staff. Super clean, functional washroom with several amenities, savory breakfast. A pleasure staying there...also located in amazing neighbourhood...Little Tokyo

The rooms a tad for the small size.

The staff were very accomodating. I have to leave at night and be back in 30mins. Since they have a popular restaurant (which serves great and affordable food by the way), the parking spot (no reservations) will be immediately taken by other customers once I get back. When I got back, the guard cleaned up a part of the basement parking where I can park my car. I thank the guard for doing that or it's gonna be a hassle waiting outside until a parking spot becomes available (leave your car along the sidewalk and your car will be towed). The staff are also very accomodating. The food is great and affordable, and the food preparation was fast. The price is reasonable given that they are in Makati City - A prime location. The room is okay, no complains.. The bathroom has complete toiletries and there is a bath tub which also serves as your shower area but the shower curtain smells a bit - could have been better. I requested to check out after midnight and they are okay with it.

Nothing in particular. I can say that my overall stay is pleasing. :)

Remarkably hospitable staff.  Professional and kind.  Going the extra mile. Deeply appreciated the style of the interior of the hotel.  The wooden trims and art. The room was spacious and atmospheric. 

Unfortunately, the exterior sounds from the busy streets were too loud to sleep comfortably. The windows need an upgrade with soundproofing. My shower was lukewarm and the head was broken. The breakfast was subpar.

Service from all the staff was top-notch! From providing a seamless check-in, offering to carry my luggage or order a taxi, to accommodating my request for food to be delivered to the roofdeck / pool. Great value for the high quality of service and the amenities available!

The included breakfast options weren't too appetizing for me, but that is just personal opinion.
