Todo fue muy bueno. Las instalaciones muy buenas, incluyendo la piscina. El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de la villa, pero no dentro de esta. Además, a orillas del lago, con vistas muy bellas. El bar y los desayunos de muy buena calidad.

Nos tomaron días de mucho calor y las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, pero esta situación del tiempo no es lo habitual. El internet era reducido en ciertos momentos, pero nada importante.

A vista é maravilhosa! Vale muito a pena!

Foi tudo ótimo, atendeu as minhas expectativas. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas exatamente como eu imaginava a partir das fotos.

The bathroom had no bath, just a shower cubicle with a damaged soap holder. and in the bathroom there was only one electrical outlet located under the sink, very difficult to access. In the room there was only one electrical outlet, and the Wi-Fi is terrible

Unbelievable views from our room. Spa and pool very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and nice.

A bit out dated but could be considered rustic!

All rooms have a lake view the higher up you have the better. We had a ground floor room and had a so-so view but, we did have a patio. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant is incredible. The front desk staff were great.

The restaurant is open for breakfast until 1030 but, then it doesn't open again until 2030. Your only food options are snacks from the bar. It took 30 minutes to get salads. The rooms aren't air conditioned which we knew but, they don't have any ventilation The sun shines right onto windows all day so, it was pretty stuffy inside. The bathrooms need to be updated. The bar has so much potential but, right now it's kind of wasted space.

The people at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful. The pool area is highly enjoyable. The water of the pool was warm. The view is stunning from the room, the breakfast place, the pool,... the breakfast is the best one we had in Argentina (the bread is delicious). The room and bathroom were very clean.

It's a tiny detail but some parts of the bathroom were badly repaired such as door knob of the shower door and the towel hangers. We feared that they would break again. It's a pity in view of the standard of the hotel. However, this detail would not stop us for another stay in that hotel.
