Charming and gorgeous villa. Would like to thank Anna, Novi and the team of dedicated staff for the wonderful experience. Attentive staff yet non intrusive, striking a good balance. Samasta Village is just opposite the road which gave good choices for meals. Well-secured place.

we liked everything. very nice and comfortable villa. All the staff is very nice, Oka was the person that organized everything for us and she made a great job! she provided very good recommendations and she worked always very professional.

Beautiful and spacious with staff always smiling and friendly. Able to relax!
Shower took a while to warm up. Water wall by the pool didn’t work but that didn’t take away from experience so very small thing.

We stayed in a huge villa right in front of restaurants and shops and a short walk from the beach. The staff were so attentive and helpful throughout our stay! Most Bali villas I’ve stayed at are infested with mosquitoes, but Temple Hill surprisingly has very few mozzies, perhaps because the living dining areas and bedrooms are all air conditioned. Temple hill residence Villa is truly very good value for money, especially for a big family.

It was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in Bali !! The staff were all fantastic and helpful.
Special thanks to Oka who looked after us throughout our stay.
We booked 2 bedroom Villa and they upgraded us to 4 bedroom villa which was just amazing.
They let us choose 2 of the bedrooms( they locked other 2 bedrooms) and allowed us to use rest of the villa.
The welcome drinks and fruit platter was just lovely. The swimming pool was great and the wi-fi worked very well.
Had an issue with hot water in the bathrooms but it was fixed on the day.
Maybe need new shower heads, then everything would be just perfect!!

The dedicated pool was very clean. My kids enjoyed it. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was done twice a day. They ensure that the guests' stay is as comfortable as possible. The reception is also very helpful to book taxi for us.
Some of the kitchen crockery such as frying pan and frying ladle should change to new one.

The staff was very kind, and they have good communication skills. A nice infinity pool overlooking the hill and beach view.

We were upgraded to a 4 bed room villa which was huge
The villa had nice views and the rooms were spacious
Breakfast on the deck was pleasant
Restaurants were about a 10min walk and beach 15-20min walk
This particular villa was sprawling over several levels with lots of stairs and was too big for us
There were literally 200 stairs to get from the front entrance to the rooms
No real facilities outside the villa itself
Pool was small
Property was very tired - looked about 20 years old

Wonderful staff, very clean pool, very homey.
Loved everything about the villa. Didn’t love the beach nearby but we had a driver just take us to other beaches. The villa pool was so nice I didn’t even need the beach for the mornings.

Breakfast war very delicious!!!!! We don’t eat too much eggs and meat but we order fruit. And we become so many different fruits and also tomatoes and bread. It was wonderful

Excellent service, friendly staffs, good location, clean and beautiful place. The staffs fulfilled my needs and were fast response. The villa is also located near restaurants, Jimbaran beach, and near the city. I stayed here with my big family (there are elders and children), and I feel satisfied with the overall of the stay!
Nothing. The breakfast can have more varieties, but since the villa is near restaurants and in the middle of the city, I think it isn't a big problem at all.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Private carpark (garage). Across the road and to the right hand there are plenty of restaurants and smaller shops
