Great hotel, great for families, great pools, great breakfast and kids club. Location was perfect also.

Красивый, уютный, чистый отель. Мне очень понравилось буквально все- номера стильные, все необходимое есть, кровати фантастически удобные. В номере чистота идеальная, убираются отлично. Я поездила по Бали до того, как приехала в Courtyard , мне есть с чем сравнить- в этом отеле понимают, что такое чистота, знают, как надо убираться везде, даже на балконе. Белье и полотенца белоснежные. В номере есть чайник, утюг с гладильной доской. Воду дают каждый день, если мало, можно попросить еще. Персонал внимательный, приветливый, выполнял все мои просьбы. Ресторан отеля- прекрасные, внимательные люди! Повар молодец, каждый день были разные тематические вечера по кухням мира и регионам Индонезии. Завтраки разнообразные- европейские блюда и местные, а также китайская суп лапша. Была развлекательная программа по вечерам, не очень громко и примерно до 21.00 , можно сказать, что отель тихий и подходил для релакса. также в отеле проходят различные мероприятия в течение дня для детей и взрослых. Я сходила на балийские танцы - было здорово. В предыдущих отзывах писали, что в зоне ресепшен, на завтраке нет кондиционеров- но это не создает проблемы. Помещения построены так, что все продувается ветром, тень , жара не ощущается. Шатл на пляж отправление каждый час с 8 утра. Ехать минут 7-10. Пляж отеля очень комфортный, лежаки, бар, душ, туалет. Есть променад. Пляж чистят регулярно. Океан красивый, пляж песчаный, но имейте в виду приливы и отливы, они здесь очень сильные. Скачайте приложение с приливами и будете знать, когда отправлятся на пляж. Если на море отлив- выручают бассейны в отеле- красивые, комфортные, чистые. В баре у бассейна есть happy hour по коктейлям и пиву. Отличный отель подходит для спокойного пляжного отдыха.

Fantastic place that is very clean. The buffet and pastries are excellent. The service was top notch and all food was top rate. Overall a great stay.

The differences in prices at the main restuarant. Quite expensive. There was no map given to us on checking in and we had to explore to find where things were.

We loved everything about this resort and would differently stay there again. We could not fault this resort - it was just perfect.

There was a room service charge on top of our room rate on our account that we didn't know about. Usually, room service is included in your room rate.

Les piscines sont belles et grandes, on a toujours trouvé un transat. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

L'isolation phonique est nulle , l'ensemble manque vraiment de charme ,et si 5* il fût, ça fait bien longtemps qu'il ne mérite plus ce titre, une rénovation serait vraiment nécessaire. La plage privée est ridiculement petite.

Der spezielle Bereich für die Gäste am Strand isr super, grats Liegen und Shuttle! Auch die Poollandschaft direkt im Hotel ist sehr schön.

Everything was superb! Staff, location, food, price! It is super family friendly, we have a 2 year old toddler and she had lots of fun at the kids club!

Although the hotel is not beachfront, its location is great and the ambiance is relaxing and chill, making it a perfect spot to disconnect. The staff was friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Ahmad from the reception team. The menu offerings were superb, and the breakfast buffet was really good. The reception area design is nice, and the room is even nicer than the online images. The landscape of the pool is really nice, adding to the overall appeal. Additionally, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient.

Maybe not value for money. Check in was long and the staff could do more given the price. When directing us to the room we were just told it’s in building 5, no offer to help lead us there. We also had lunch round the pool on the first day, we went back to the same spot at the pool the next morning and the leftover dirty plate was still sitting there, no one had taken it. These small details where the service and standards were lacking given the price.

Location is good, not far to the beach and Bali Collection. Easy 10min walk. Swimming pools are brilliant.

Breakfast was like a zoo. Too many people and not enough tables every morning. There’s not atmosphere in the evenings, no music at the bar area. Pool bar closed at seven. Like a dead hotel to be honest. Seven of us went to dinner at the restaurant, which only had four other tables occupied. We waited an hour to get our order! Didn’t go back obviously as there are many options outside the hotel.

Maximális kényelmet biztosító szálloda csodálatos kertel és medencével. Személyzet nagyon barátságos és tisztelettudó. Teljes ellátást választottunk, minden étellel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk.

Ebédnél és vacsoránál 1.5-2 órába került, mire egy egyszerű két fogásos étkezést le tudtak bonyolítani, úgy, hogy 4-5 asztalnál voltak vendégek. Nem közvetlen a parton van a szálloda. Több km távolságra van a szállodához tartozó part szakasz, ami fürdésre alkalmatlan a sok szemét miatt.

El desayuno era muy bueno y variado, además de muy grande. Todo estaba riquísimo, la cena era deliciosa y las porciones muy grandes, la verdad nos sorprendíamos de la cantidad de comida. La cama era cómoda. El área de piscina era hermoso, claro que había mosquitos pero estamos en un paraíso tropical, no se puede esperar menos.

Fue el único hotel que nos hizo esperar 2 horas para entregarnos la habitación. Yo esperaba una habitación de planta baja y nos la dieron en el primer piso. Al llegar nos quisimos duchar y no había gel de ducha. Quisimos tomar un tour gratuito pero nadie llegó, estuvimos esperando más de 30 min. Al final mejor tomamos unas bicicletas e hicimos el tour nosotros mismos. Es el primer hotel en el que me hospedo que hacen la limpieza hasta las 4-5 pm. Fue un poco incómodo ya que se nos acababa la pasta dental, toallas limpias y lo más importante, agua.

Les chambres communicantes sont juste séparées par 2 portes en bois sans isolation. On entendait les discussions de la chambre voisine. Une fois que tout le monde dort, c’est ok. Pas de bruit entre minuit et 7h00. Le bruit des climatisations est toujours un peu gênant, mais cela est difficile à éviter.
