Desayuno sumamente delicioso, super atención del personal, comodidad de la habitación, excelente ambiente, clima, gym sencillo pero con lo necesario, el sauna esta perfecto,recomiendo ir dias de semana.

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento, precios elevados en el restaurante y menu poco variado.

Lovely gardens, good food and staff was very efficient and helpful. This hotel is obviously old and a bit worn, but it has its charms.

It was peaceful and very relaxing. The garden was clean and organized. The lady at the garden's entrance was so kind when giving ideas about where to go and what to visit.

The pool area could be improved with some music with hidden speakers. The breakfast at the restaurant is so basic and options are very limited.

I LIKED NOTHING. I was greeted by flies in my room and those flies literally haunted me all night and ran me out long before the check out time. I did not get value for my money. I am requesting a full refund. I even have pictures of the fly infested room, #210. I emailed Bambito Hotel's GM and reservation department.....still no acknowledgement of same.

I was disappointed that the room was such a smelly and fly-infested accommodation.

The place was so peaceful and the view from the room was just amazing. Everything was clean in the room.

I love the gardens and rooms, a beautiful place to stay and get relaxed.

Some areas were lack of mantainance like the pool and trails.

Beautiful setting! Close to everything. I was able to get one hot shower one cold one and my husband had 2 freezing showers. Wi-Fi didn't work in our room which was frustrating because all the channels on the t.v. were Spanish. Also they should advertise that the room comes with a safe, a coffee maker and a small bar fridge. I brought our cooler, with ice to keep milk and drinks cold and a coffee maker which was unnecessary if they would have advertised these features. P.S. bring a coat it can get pretty cold and windy up in those hills!

The staff was very friendly. The food was great. It was fun to watch the people on the grounds

Even in the evening the shower water was only luke warm. No hot water in the morning.

This was a convenient stop for us on our way to the Cerro Punta area. The hotel is comfortable and well maintained. We didn't have a car, so it wasn't super convenient for us because you really have to drive to get to any of the trails or other activities in the area. There's not much to do at the hotel itself. They have a garden out front which is nice enough, although there's a booth at the entrance where you have to pay to get in. I'm not sure if guests have to pay a fee just to walk in the garden - we arrived late and the guy who collects the fee was gone.
