la responsable au niveau d’accueil est très désagréable , vraiment c’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu
chambre bruyante , service , climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement surtout dans une ville où il faisait 42 degré

la chambre etait bien mais les lits etaient tres inconfortables et la climatisation avait de TRES NOMBREUX problemes, toutefois le personnel etait promt a reagir et a fixer les differents problemes.
beaucoup de problemes techniques : ascenseur de gauche HS tous les 48 hs mais les techniciens etaient pro-actifs.
Par contre le matelas de mon lit etait TRES, TRES, TRES inconfortable et j'ai eu mal au dos pendant plusieurs jours, meme a mon retour en France.

Overall the hotel is nice the room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful
1. no coffee in the room only tea which wasn’t replaced everyday
2. Bed sheets not getting changed on a daily basis even when we told house keeping to change them
3. Towels were old need replacing
4. One night was in the shower the water stopped for a few hours rang reception they said they informed me there be a water shortage but no informed us

Très bonne emplacement. Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Nous remercions la réception pour nous avoir accordé deux chambres avec porte communicante.
Le parking est un atout gratuit devant l’hôtel, mais places limitées. Autrement, places en parking privé mais payantes à un prix raisonnable de 40 dirhams par jour.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié mais pour les enfants il manquait un peu de choses comme de l pâte à tartiner au chocolat. Nous n’avons pas aimé les cuillères en plastique au lieu de cuillère en métal.
Nous avons aussi trouvé dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de douchette dans les toilettes.

De kamer was in orde, ruim en schoon. De wifi was goed. We konden de auto gratis voor de deur parkeren.
De staf was niet bijzonder vriendelijk of hulpvaardig. Er zou een jazz bar zijn, maar die was er niet. Het zwembad was niet aanlokkelijk. Voor deze prijs viel het allemaal wat tegen. Het geluid van de straat was hinderlijk.

In Morocco generally operates air conditioning or heating, the installation decides which... unfortunately these hotels do not have air conditioning in March. The breakfast is not good, it is not varied, many people, it looks like a worker's dining room. 3 or 4 buses with tourists at the same time. You pay for something different.

they don't offer room slippers to all room categories.
one of the walls in the bathroom was dirty, even had writing on it with marker.

The breakfast was good, rooms very spacious and comfortable. The location was very good. The rooms were clean with a fridge and tea facilities with complementary biscuits.
No bath mats, no douche shower kit, no slippers.
