Everything was perfect

Amazing experience!! We loved the hotel, location, amenities, all!! The staff was super nice, personalized service, welcoming, helpful. The restaurant on site is amazing, food was delicious, breakfast is really diverse and tasty, and dinner service was super nice and amazing food! The room was spacious with amazing view to Nahuel Huapi lake, just enjoyed every day the view from my window. Pool and spa a great plus and the overlook a nice treat. Good wifi, free parking, nice location outside of Bariloche close to Circuito Chico.

Beautiful facilities with spacious and clean common areas. The pool is fantastic, as is the garden and the outdoor spaces for games and grilling. Breakfast is excellent and staff is attentive and friendly. Mattresses large and comfortable. Location is also perfect — right at the start of Circuito Chico and close to town. The Massage therapist is very professional and competent.

Due to the fact that the hotel was at capacity, we booked a room adapted for persons with reduced mobility. We found that the bathroom, which was adapted for reduced mobility, was not well designed and water flooded the whole room every time the shower was used. The sink tap was also very difficult to operate. I strongly suggest the property rethink the bathroom in the adapted room. We also had an issue with an overcharge due to a mistake, which was resolved quickly by the hotel through a refund.
