Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem nötigsten Utensilien wie Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, kleiner Küchenzeile ausgestattet. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl und sicher. Das Meer und das Zentrum von Hermanus ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In der Unterkunft gibt es keinen Schrank für die Klamotten. Es ist nur ein Kleiderständer vorhanden. Man kann die Koffer leider nicht auspacken.

Loved the location... the thoughtfulness of providing so many little things ... the lovely people who ran this place
Fan dint work and the had to keep windows open for circulation... and the blinds made too much noise... in all fairness we did not raise this up and I am sure it would have been sorted if we did

Our hosts were welcoming, helpful & friendly.
The area was conveniently in walking distance to the lovely Hermanus coastal trail and the new harbour.
Everything else that Hermanus has to offer is a short drive away.
The chalet had all modern conveniences required for my stay.

I have stayed here before and will again do so in future. Anchors Rest is the perfect stop-over for a couple of days in Hermanus. Close to the town, shops and ocean.

The location was we find was a nice because we could move around the area quickly. The cottage was exceptional. The lay out of it and the we had the best view of Hermanus. We loved 😍 ❤ it. Thanx for a wonderful stay ❤ 💕 🙏
Everything.. the garden and pool. The up stairs down stairs with the kitchen and the afternoon sun to lay on the couch and have tea time

Clean comfortable accommodation, lovely swimming pool and excellent access to the cliff top walk. The new owners were extremely welcoming and helpful.

This accommodation had every basic necessity you require on a short stay. The facility is completely private from each other and allows you to enjoy the relaxation space you need. It's fresh and clean and the owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. I definitely would recommend this stay for a quick getaway. Absolutely lovely

Some maintenance required re poorly fitting windows and handles virtually falling off. understand this is in hand with new owners

We enjoyed the privacy.. The braai area and we loved the fact that we were close to most tourist attractions.
We enjoyed the spacious room as well.
We weren't impressed with the bath, it's outdated and we didn't use the shower because the tiles on the wall were dirty. The shower was also extremely small.

I loved the electric blankets as the weather was very cold. The comfort and cleanliness of the flatlet was outstanding. We enjoyed everything. The check-in and check-out system is effortless and user friendly. The location is perfect as it is close to the city centre. All and all a very nice stay.

The place was very spacious and clean. Ideal for a short visit in Hermanus with the town on 5 mins away and a short walk to the beach. The little kitchen was perfect even with coffee and milk which was fantastic and appreciated. Definitely will return. Thanks to the host who was so accommodating and helpful

The fire extinguisher was not readily available. There were no braai tools eg wire brushe for braai grid.
