The traffic sounds !

Room service and staff were very friendly and helpful!! Rooms were spotless!!!

The only negative is the bathroom!! They do have very tiny toilets and showers! I think that's was the only negative!!!

Perfect place for a transit to take the ferry in the morning. The port is very close. It's basic but clean. The employee was very kind.

A bit noisy with the main street but not really annoying

Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The whole hotel was 100% clean. Location was super easy to jump on the ferry. The bed was very comfortable and great AC.

I'd requested a quiet room but was at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road so it was a little noisy (It was Saturday night so lots of traffic) but not excessively so and I slept well (I'm a light sleeper).

Good access to the port and shops.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a lingering smell of smoke in our room.

Conveniently located, clean, and the room had everything needed for a night's stay.

Late booking so I might have got the worst room in the hotel (single facing the street), but anyway I could hear any loud conversation in the lobby , and there were motorbikers racing along the main street under the window until late at night. The decor and atmosphere in the hotel and the room are generally a bit grim.

Pillows could be a bit better.

Central location with 24/7 staff and no smoking

The location is so loud at the main street with windows that do not help at all to keep the noise outside. The room was tiny - but I knew about that. The bathroom however is a joke - you can not take a shower as the space to stand beside the toilet is some 40x40 cm - yes, literally. Cancelation was not accepted and blamed on booking.com while they said it would be up to the owner to accept cancelation.

Refurbished room with a great balcony. In the heart of the city, where everything is close by. Great option for a last minute booking and a value for money option

The location is good to take the ferry the next day if you staying for the night. It’s 5 minutes away from the port

The noise from the street. The alley in which the hotel is situated is full of bars and restaurants, which is very loud during the night
