I asked for a sea view room on the fourth floor. It was was spacious and clean with lovely sea views. Moreover it was exceptionally quiet which meant I enjoyed a very relaxing stay after a long journey. The breakfast room is wonderful; light, bright and welcoming with sea views. There is a superb selection of food, attentive and smiling staff and FABULOUS coffee.

I couldn’t get WiFi reception in my room. I admit was some distance from the main hotel hub but maybe there is room for improvement on the signal to the upper floors?

Hotel with a nice location and potential.

The hotel has a real potential however lack on customer relationships and management support. As an example, the first time we went to the spa with one hour remaining prior closure only 10min were allowed to us. The SPA’s also made bad comment in front of us which is in such hotel “class” not acceptable. The same applies during the breakfast as we noticed a lack of coordination eg. last time to take a coffee and cleaning the table.

First of all this hotel can’t be 5 stars. 4 stars at its most !

Pool opening times a little restrictive

fabulous beachfront location with a great rooftop bar 😍delicious breakfast with so much choice. Beautiful pool, close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Excellent and very helpful front desk staff. Efficient service from room service and housekeeping. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

TV didn't work in single room and shower doors didn't work properly. Better in double room.

Breakfast was quite nice and the location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel staff were also friendly and very helpful

Room was tiny with a musty moist smell. Closing the shower door did not stop water from leaking out onto the tiny bathroom floor and water was never replenished. My friend staying at the same hotel at the same time as me paid LESS money and had a bigger room with a sea view, whereas mine was half the size with a view of the parking lot. Def NOT worth the money spent and I really do not understand the pricing strategy. He also booked via Booking.com
