beautiful peaceful Riad, stylishly decorated with absolutely amazing lady who was super helpful generous and kind. lovely breakfast and lovely roof terrace!

in hindsight I would have stayed somewhere closer to the medina : as it was Ramadan there was no where close to eat in the evening once things opened back up.

The customer service was exquisite. Warda, the hotel manager, was extremely attentive, friendly and helpful, above and beyond expectations. I would definitely return to Riad Bianca :)

The host was lovely and kind with us since the first moment we were together until the last minute. The breakfast was amazing every day! The rooftop has a nice view of the Atlas Mountain and it’s a nice place if you need to work or rest. The Riad is in a quite neighborhood but 15 minutes walking from the main square.

Great location near the centre of the city, very comfortable, cozy and clean place (fresh towels and cleaned room every day). Rich and delicious breakfast. And most important - incredible and friendly hosts! Very happy with the stay and recomend it 100%.

The staff was really nice and friendly, the receptionist went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One day we had a day trip very early in the morning and she woke up on purpose to prepare us the breakfast since we were leaving before the service started. We really appreciated everything she did for us, she made us feel home. Also the breakfast they prepare is amazing

Lighting in the room was a bit dark. There is no door in the toilet, just a curtain.

Staff splendido

A very cute riad owned by a lovely couple who just took over in the last month. The entire staff is super nice and helpful, we really felt at home. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, served on the rooftop terrace which is the crown jewel of the place. We had the terrace bedroom which was spacious, decorated with taste, and got a lot of sun and a private terrace, a luxury. We liked the location, easy to get everywhere.

The property was very clean, lovely roof terrace as well. Our host and the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more for you.

Our room was lovely the only addition that would’ve been nice is some lamps/ more lights as our room had no window.

Good location, great host, Claudio was very helpful with everything, and even helped to get a tour to the Sahara desert.

We added dinner for the night we arrived (New Year's Eve), food was delicious, Moroccan traditional food, but portions were not really big and price was steep, 43€ per person for Marrakesh prices is A LOT!

The location was good not far from the Medina but was very quiet & was exceptionally clean. The hosts were very welcoming & friendly & we could not rate them highly enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Riad Bianca & would definitely return.

This Riad is run by the loveliest couple in Marakesh. They are great hosts with a great knowledge of the city and everything it has to offer. Would definitely stay again

Extraordinary fine host family of the Riad. relaxed and nice location in Marrakesh.

The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was fresh and homemade.

The owners are living on the ground floor which gives it a very warm atmosphere but impedes your privacy somewhat. Also, doors cannot be locked from inside. The riad is quite far from the actual center of the medina.

Great location, breakfast was lovely, rooms clean and bed very comfortable, safe location. The best part was the riad hosts! Lovely, kind family. Also, the internet worked well, I stayed 10 days and worked without concern.

Our hosting family was super sweet, welcoming and easy going. We had the rooftop room with private part of the terrace but was nice and refreshing to meet the other guests for tasty, homemade breakfast in the "public" part. At this time of the year (end Sep) it was still hot but at the end no need for the AC. Location is perfect for visiting some of the sights just walking (YSL stuff) and/or by a cab.

The Riad is run by very nice people. Great hospitality. Nothing too much of a problem.

Only negative point is that we couldn't pay by cards for our stay at this Riad

Really friendly helpful staff, answered all our questions and helped us get things sorted. Delicious breakfast, clean rooms, working aircon and quiet rooms. Location is very central, so close to main square.

There was nothing in particular we disliked. The first night the Aircon did not work good, but the next day we were explained that we should not set it on very low degrees. After that it worked perfectly.

- Henya and Claudio are extremely nice. They also have three cats - Breakfast is awesome - The rooms are clean and they have AC and WI-FI - The rooftop terrace is fantastic, especially during sunshine and sunset

- A fridge in every room would be a great idea

Amazing hosts! Claudio and Heniya were so friendly and accommodating! Room was cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The rooftop was unreal!! We stayed at a couple of other places after- but nothing beats the hospitality we received at riad bianca.

Quite, friendly owners that made tasty food every morning. Inexpensive prices and comfortable bed. AC and heat in every room. we communicated with owners that we would arrive at 0100 and they waited for us.

Location worked well. Large and comfortable room. Great rooftop! very good value. But the hosts were the main reason for the excellent rating. Ask for a dinner. It is an additional cost but was the best meal I had in my five days in Marrakech.

There was nothing I disliked.

Beautiful and clean house. We felt like in fairy tail. The owners are friendly and ready to help anytime. Good wifi, breakfast and location.The rooftop terrace is very nice, you can chill out there and drink the mint tee. Thank you!
