Fijn net appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Perfect voor gezinnen. De kinderen slapen in een eigen slaapkamer zonder een afgesloten deur als in een hotel. Na eerdere ervaringen in een aparthotel kiezen wij als gezin niet meer voor een normaal hotel.
We hadden een teleurstellende ervaring in het bijhorende restaurant, wat uiteindelijk netjes opgelost is.

hotel situé très proche du métro et de la gare routière de Flixbus. Le centre D'Amsterdam peut être rejoint très facilement grâce au Sprinter

The staff at ID are amazing. They went above and beyond in everyway possible. Namely Segio who did our check-in and Eva who was fantastic. Helpful polite friendly.

Er was geen mogelijkheid tot dineren maar dat was niet vantevoren gemeld dus hebben we maar wat bites gepakt ivm onze avondplanning. Verwarming deed het niet op de kamer dus die was echt koud. Veelvoorkomend of onopgelost probleem schijnbaar want de juffrouw vroeg meteen hebben ze geen kacheltje (staan al klaar dus) gebracht dus dat was de oplossing maar voordat die alle ruimtes op warmde waren we 3.5uur verder. Douchen.. 5 of 10minuten en ik kreeg koud water! Stond met Conditioner in mn haren. Ook bekend probleem waar we niet vanaf wisten en moest dan een halfuur(!!) wachten op warm water?! Heel bijzonder. Al met al was het verder oke hoor maar zeker niet de 129euro waard! Absoluut niet.

vriendelijke en prettige ontvangst en service mbt parkeren en navulling van handdoeken en koffiepads.
Het blijft een redelijke kantooromgeving maar hotel voelt als prettige huiskamer. Veel faciliteiten in de buurt en natuurlijk uitstekend OV en fietsverbindingen.

Het is een aangenaam hotel met mooie kamers. Het personeel is vriendelijk. lekker ontbijt. Station Amsterdam Sloterdijk is dichtbij.

An unexpected request for a 200 euro deposit on arrival. I was told the refund of the deposit would be 3-5 days

IDApartHotel is in Sloterdyjk, 2 stops up from Schipol airport. The hotel is 4 minutes walk from Sloterdyjk Station.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

- Staff were brilliant, friendly and knowledgable
- Room was a great size and had everything you needed. If you required anything else (we needed a steam iron), they brought it quickly
- Location was great, not even 5 minutes walk to the train/bus/tram station and you could get anywhere in the city (a really good Spar en-route too!)
- Our room was not the cleanest…when we first arrived and removed our shoes, we could feel bits on the floor and there were hairs everywhere. The bathroom still had other guests contact lenses on the floor too - was not happy, so wore slippers from then on
- To get to our room, it was like a warren of corridors and opening of doors. It was odd, but fine once you got used to it
- No in-room safe to store belongings (unless we missed this?)

No washing machine in the apartment.
Hotel staff smoking up and getting high at night outside in front of the hotel door !
Hotel staff close the lights of the lobby made other guests who were coming to check in get lost of where the entrance was !

The facility was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is very close to the metro and bus station which was very nice, but away from all the noise.
The bed was firmer than I like, but the others I was with said theirs were fine.

The apartment was a great size for the family. two bathrooms, kitchen and common area was perfect. Parking easy, gymnasium very well set up and the staff were fabulous. Helpful, friendly and happy to assist with any enquiries.
It is a little out of the city which was fine with us. The metro is a short walk and very easy, as is the tram system.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

This was one of those properties you walk into and are totally pleasantly surprised. 5 min walk to train station and 5 minutes on a sprinter train to Amsterdam Centraal. Loved the hang out areas, sofas, pool tables, darts, board games. Laundry facilities were great. Apartment was just perfect, high end furniture, great view. Staff was super friendly.
Wish it had a terrace but I knew it didn’t so that’s ok.

The hotel is in a great location in terms of peace and quiet from the busy city center. The bonus part was its a 5-10 walk to the train station and it’s only one stop to the city center!
All the amenities worked as described.
My only area of improvement was there was no curtain or something to prevent the water from spilling on the floors during a shower.

We liked the kitchenette in our room, the bathroom was quite big. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We also appreciated the living room area.
Breakfast was the same every day which can be annoying when you spend a couple of days at the hotel. Also, not worth the money.

Friendly staff, nice sized room, good facilities - sauna, gym, pool table, restaurant and bar, laundromat
Interior was a little out dated but everything functioned well, and a little bit out of the centre but being so close to the trains and bus made it worth it

It was just ok. Nothing that I liked
Our room was never cleaned, not even once. Though we asked the reception and in the description it says that cleaning is done once every three days
On a separate note, even if the cleaning is done every three days, garbage bin bag I expected to be changed daily .

Enough space for four people. Each bedroom with a separate comfortable bathroom. Nice coffee bar, billiards, darts ....
Actually very far from the center. A metro station is nearby, but you travel from end to end and your journey to centeal station takes about 40 minutes. Very complicated moving through the narrow corridors from the elevator to the suite with many useless doors with locks. There is no TV in the bedrooms. Only basic, simple and cheap furniture, no standard wardrobe with doors (only curtain and hangers I see for the first time in my life), thin walls between the rooms. Construction site at the entrance and around the hotel. Limited air conditioning control. For the price we paid we expected much more comfort.
