이곳저곳 가기 편한위치에 있는곳이예요. 청소 상태도 아주 좋고 침대도 편하고 인터넷도 집보다 빠랐어요. 강력 추천하고 싶은것은 별구경입니다.

방역에 조금 신경써줬으면 좋겠네요.

Everything was to a reasonable standard with a comfortable bed and all facilities to a good standard. Apartment was clean and there were good cooking facilities.

My only adverse comment was that the apartment was located away from the main hotel. I was originally going to walk there from station but did get a lift. If not I would have had to walk 1.7 miles . As it turned out this made it closer to the person I was visiting and was within a short walk. It would have been great to have been aware of this. Otherwise 100% happy and would recommend.

Very comfortable & spacious room. Restaurant is excellent for Dinner & a few drinks. We’ll stay again!

Check in was so easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

We ended up taking a lot longer getting to Lithgow than we planned, and the reception staff were so helpful in allowing us to check in quite late, making our trip so much less stressful than it could have been.

The property was clean. I was arriving very late and leaving early. The night staff made the effort to contact me to ensure I was able to access my room when I got there.

The room was comfortable, warm and spacious, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I ate three times in the restaurant and the food was good. If I need to return to Lithgow for work, I would stay at the Zig Zag again. Many thanks.

I alerted the staff to two issues during my stay in Room 43: 1. there was a small leak in the toilet cistern which made the bathroom floor wet in the mornings. 2. I had trouble with the television reception 3 nights out of 6, with the picture breaking up badly, and I couldn't find an ABC channel which I would have liked (not all of us want to watch Sky News!) Finally, staying for a week as I did, I would have appreciated a few more simple kitchen items to go with the microwave, such as a plate, cutlery, salt and pepper.

No heater in the bathroom, too cold during winter.

the room was so clean and the staff was so friendly , we have a farewell dinner at Frankies and the food was outstanding . The staff were all so nice and willing to make our night so good. I will definitely be back.

the location , the staff are lovely and the rooms we’re comfortable and clean

just needs a little up grading , especially the outside pavement area. I unfortunately twisted my ankle while walking across it on the lose surface.

Everything met expectations and i would stay again. Check in is easy, and room clean and spacious. I come to Lithgow often for work and always eat at the italian restaurant, it's delicious!

The only disappointment was some noise of gatherings in the carpark until late, I have no problem with people having a good time, i just needed to know a cut off time being on a work trip with an early start. I rang reception to ask and the woman who answered the phone kept telling me to speak up because she was making someone a coffee and if i wanted to make an order to just call back. I wasn't told about the no hot water due to the gas shortage until arrival. I think that should be made aware before then.

Apartment was clean. Had a kettle so at least we could make a drink.

No disabled shower equipment despite asking. Bed was very old and soft. No toaster, would have had to purchase their breakfast pack to make toast. Do not recommend for disabled travellers.
