The room was great, but the slippery, dangerous shower floor is going to be the cause of an expensive lawsuit someday. I've been in traveling in Europe for 80 days: worst shower floor ever. Someone is going to get seriously hurt.

This hotel is perfect for travelers who are spending the evening near Reggio Emilia. It's priced well and it's only a short 7-8 minute car drive to parking and the historic center.

It seems the hotel could use some fine-tuning. The shower fixture was broken. Also, there was a small flashing light in the room on the ceiling (probably a safety light) that flashed throughout the night. We managed to sleep with it, but the facilities people should be made aware of this.

Good location for tranzit, near the highway. Spacious rooms, friendly staff

Bathroom was dirty, smoking seems to be permited and therefore you could smell cigarette smoke everywhere, dogs are allowed so you get woke up by dogs, you can hear everything from the next room. The water had a strange iron smell, it didn’t feel like having a shower to clean ourselves.

My son was in an accident and when I went to the reception to ask to try help me, call a taxi? She told me "this is too heavy for her and she cannot help me. I need to deal with it myself. My son was in an accident in a foreign country and does not speak the language, I thought Hotels were to help us with our needs being International guests. In closing, no compassion and I despite the facilities being ok, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR FAMILIES ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE MAY NEED TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.
