The room had everything one needs for a self catering Kruger stop over and was very clean. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed all the farm animals especially the ginger cats. Petra is very friendly and welcoming.

The roads getting to Petra's are in terrible condition which is such a shame, as I will probably not travel that road again. The one bed was slightly angled so woke up with a sore back but I'm sure it's an easy fix as I don't think it was the mattress.

Just stayed for the night but it was clean and comfy. Loved the farm feeling of the guesthouse.

This is a great value for backpacking and young travelers. Great space and facilities for those who are traveling as such. We used it as a one night layover but for us, a family traveling with elderly and child, probably was not the best fit -which is no fault of the property. We have traveled throughout the world when you're and used these types of lodges, I would rate this as one of the better backpacking hostels that I have been to.

Beautiful lodging and very comfortable. Each of our rooms were well equipped-stove, oven and fridge with plenty of dishes and flatware. The grounds of the property were beautiful. Great value!

Nothing to complain about

it was in peaceful nature and farm style with cats and chicken around. we had all we wanted: cooking facilities and a lovely bedroom with a terrace. we just booked an hour before arrival and all was ready when we arrived.

Friendly welcome to a beautiful property Petra is a wonderful host. Rooms well equipped and comfortable.

Kitchen facilities could have been cleaner

The hospitality - Petro was so warm and welcoming,the location,the view and the animals. Everything is as advertised very well kept and maintained , if you are looking for a beautiful place that is peaceful this is the place in Vryheid.
