Muy cómodo. Tres habitaciones y tres baños completos. Dos habitaciones con dos camas y la otra con cama doble, todas ellas con cómodos colchones. Cocina y salón espaciosos con una terraza. Habitaciones y salón con aire acondicionado. Jardín no muy grande ya que está casi todo ocupado por la piscina, pero agradable y con barbacoa. Parking para el coche con puerta automática. Un detalle por parte del alojamiento dejar algunas cosas de comida de emergencia( leche, pan, mantequilla, aceite, una botella de vino…) La ubicación buena, si se tiene coche. 10 minutos de aeropuerto y 15 de Funchal. En la zona andando hay alguna tienda (cara), varios restaurante y un estupendo centro de buceo. Para is a comprar en coche a 5 minutos hay varios supermercados grandes (Continente, Pingo Dulce…)

Me gustó todo. Quizás la piscina podría haber estado más limpia.

The property is lovely, comfortable and clean. Our children swim ever day in the pool. The fire flowers opened and attracted many birds. We really enjoyed. One week is not enough. The staff in the Albatroz yacht club are very professional, helpful and friendly. We can use all facilities in the hotel, playing tennis and swimming in the beautiful pool by the sea.

The location is good but to hire a car is essential.

Excellent villa for a comfortable holiday stay.

Spacious villa, surrounded by nature, not really new but clean. Big kitchen with everything you need. Great pool and garage with automatic gate.

-1 for scanning our documents and writing down credit card data INCLUDING cvc code without any information how it will be stored and for how long - bad practice that we didn't experienced before in Madeira.

only one key (for three bedrooms) and no hot water in one bedroom.

The location was great, close to amenities, quiet road, felt safe, private parking, you had all the facilities required in the villa and it was nice and spacious. 3 decent sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). Private transfer to and from the airport, staff were fantastic. We also did car rental through the villa and it was seamless and reasonably priced. the car was delivered and collected too!

I would have preferred more comfortable seating, especially in the lounge (very low backed sofa and chairs) but we didn’t spend too much time in there.

Self catering. Location mainly residential so very quiet with a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely villa and bonus welcome pack with food basics.

- Grout in the walk in shower could do with replacement as showing signs of mould. - Paid for the pool to be heated to 25'C but this wasn't done until our arrival. Made no difference to the temperature at all despite paying nearly £300 extra for it. - Edges of steps outside by the pool would benefit from some sort of marking as very difficult to see in bright sunlight
