Comfortable beds, good location, it was clean. For a lower budget, this is a good option.
The room is small and the ceiling is low (for Dutch people, I'm 188cm). The shower is small as well and difficult to get on the right temperature. The toilet got clogged twice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Armin was friendly & welcoming, the kitchen was well equipped, the shower was good and everything was really clean. Despite our Spanish being terrible, Armin was patient communicating with us & helping to answer our questions. The location was fine, a quieter part of town, but just minutes to shops & restaurants, & only 20minutes walk to the beaches.
Some sound travels between rooms, but this isn't a problem if guests are respectful of each other and aren't noisy when it's late.

A peaceful, quiet stay a short walk from the centre of town and close to the lake. the room was really well equipped (wardrobes, bedside tables etc. all luxuries that aren’t a given when backpacking) and the shared bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. friendly owners who were patient with our lack of Spanish. The owners let us leave our luggage there post check-out so we didn’t need to carry it for the 14 hours before our bus, we were very grateful!!
a lot of the reviews mentioned an amazing breakfast which during our stay was non-existent. we weren’t expecting one but the reviews spoke so highly of it when we didn’t get one we were left wanting. Although advertised as a shared kitchen it felt like we were cooking in the family kitchen and storing stuff in the family fridge. Our lack of Spanish meant we couldn’t clarify what was allowed or not but they let us cook away with no bother. we would have appreciated more clarity on this to help feel more comfortable

Located near the lake and approx. 15 minutes walk from the bus terminal and the ‘costanera’. The private room was comfortable: spacious with comfy double bed and good WiFi. The shared bathroom was proper (including good shower) and always clean. The owners don’t speak English, but are very friendly and will make you feel at home, even if you don’t speak Spanish (if you are lucky with delicious home made cake). The price was relatively high for a room with shared bathroom, but all the accommodations were highly priced in Villarrica (at least when I was there mid February, i.e. (end of) high season).
