It was an awesome stay at Terraza Suite. The staff was friendly and the place was very well located. The room was super clean with a lot of nice details from the south. (decoration, wood, etc.).

Nothing.

Loud music from Bar on third floor on Weekend nights made sleep difficult. Breakfast could have added an option for omelets

i didn’t like to set an appointment for breakfast and the bar close to early

breakfast was exceptional - totally recommended, It has good variety, lots of fruit and pastries.

The room was a little warm. but nothing terrible

Very comfortable room, spacious, with a lovely view of the lake and volcano. The location is exceptional, lakeside and a five minute walk to downtown shops and cafes. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of different foods. The hotel charged me extra when I checked in, but it was rapidly resolved once the complaint was brought up with front desk.

If you have a sweet tooth, plan to have breakfast early, because even though it's a buffet, the pie or sweet treat they offer each day, once it runs out there's no more.
