I must congratulate the chef of the hotel, excellent meals every day, and excellent treatment.

They should improve the rooms, the comfort of the beds and especially those on the pool side, because if you are going to rest or sleep early, you cannot because of the high volume of the show they perform in the pool area.

I loved the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. I felt really comfortable here and it’s great to come with friends.

There wasn’t much food variety and I got indigestion on my second day. Also it didn’t matter what I ate, everything made me extremely gassy and uncomfortably bloated.

frondesk staff are proffeshional thiefs! promise to deposit my money back since dec28 ‘22 mold in the bathroom and also a bad smell in the room, my husband got sick during our stay

Great all inclusive, good value for money.

1.Long wait time for check in. 2.Did'nt like the part where they try to sell Elite membership, they first introduce it like an opportunity to see there other property then try to sell you.. it comes off passive aggressive to me ..and make you feel like you should feel guilty for saying no..."messing up the biggest opportunity" dnt like it.

it was not crowded

they had no entertainment, we were 3 couples in the pool. the rest was empty. we ask to do the archery and she let us do it 2 times then. we ask to go for a bike ride and she said she cannot go so no. even if they had a board for activity it was closed. No one was at the bar or only sporadically. they had beer or rhum only. at night they had no entertainment. except in the buffet you couldn’t see anyone.
