cudowne wschody słońca! Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującą oraz osobą opiekującą się obiektem na miejscu. Wszelkie informacje zostały przesłane na kilka dni przed pobytem, więc nie było żadnych niedopowiedzeń czy niewiadomych. Lokalizacja idealna dla osób, które nie przepadają za imprezowymi zagłebiami turystycznymi - tu była cisza i spokój oraz mnóstwo szumu oceanu. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, szczególnie gdy ma się auto. Dostepny bardzo fajny basen na osiedlu obok. Do marketu i kilku knajpek (oraz fajnej drinkowni) - 10 minut pieszo. Układ domu wygląda następująco: na parterze jest kuchnia, wc z pralką, duuuży salon i ogród; pierwsze piętro: łazienka, sypialnia z dwoma łóżkami od strony ulicy, sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem i małym balkonem od strony oceanu; drugie piętro: sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem i własną łazienką, duuuży, zadaszony taras z kanapą i stołem (wyjście z sypialni i klatki schodowej)

Sypialnia z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami znajduje się od strony ulicy - najlepiej umieścić tu kogoś kto nie ma problemów z zasypianiem ;)

La ubicación frente al mar y la comodidad

Excellent contact avec Alejandra, réactive, chaleureuse et arrangeante Localisation idéale par rapport à l'aéroport, Las Palmas, Maspalomas, les plages du sud, et différents sites touristiques plus à l'intérieur... Voisinage calme, quartier propre. Promenade dallée en bord de plage accessible directement depuis le jardin A proximité immédiate : commerces essentiels, bar de plage et restaurants Parking facile devant la maison Terrasse et coin pelouse avec vue mer : un petit paradis ! Maison agréable et confortable, équipement très complet, lave vaisselle, lave linge... Les photos sont absolument fidèles à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place

1 : pas de clim : on le savait, mais on n'imaginait pas avoir 28° la nuit en octobre ! :-) Envisager d'en équiper au moins les chambres ?... 2 : il n'y a PAS 3 salles de bain comme indiqué sur le site mais 2 : une salle de bain/WC au 2ème étage pour la grande chambre du haut, une salle de bain/wc sur le pallier du 1er étage pour les 2 autres chambres, et un WC avec lavabo dans la lingerie du rez de chaussée 3 : la 3ème chambre (2 lits simples) est petite, décorée a minima, jouxte la salle de bains/wc, et surtout est extrêmement bruyante à cause de la grande route juste derrière, avec circulation 24h/24. Convient à des enfants (au sommeil profond) mais nettement moins à des adultes. Pas de chance, nous étions 2 couples + 1 adulte. A noter, depuis le côté jardin/mer, on n'entend absolument pas cette route.

El alojamiento en general bien, pero son dos baños y un aseo, no tres baños completos

Había mucho ruido de coches y por la noche era molesto, teníamos que cerrar las ventanas y por ello hacia muchísimo calor para poder dormir. Deberían solicitar al Ayuntamiento que corresponda las barreras anti ruido en la carretera

Excellent house on the seashore. Quiet neighborhood, but with access to the infrastructure of a small town- great starting point for exploring the whole island. Comfortable for a family of 5 - we did not miss anything during our stay. Very communicative and responsive owner. Although we did not see each other even once we felt taken care of.

We like to keep the rented houses tidy during our stay - we missed the vacuum cleaner a bit, but we managed with a broom available at home ;) It certainly did not make life very difficult for us.

It is a nice property, very well located and with everything you might need during the stay. It is easy to move to the rest of the island (by car), it has a supermarket nearby and there is a beach you can reach on foot (not a very good one) and a good one which is reachable only 5 minutes by car. It has a beautiful view, the garden is really nice and it is great to be able to access the pool nearby, especially when travelling with kids. Everything worked well, including the internet. Also the person in charge of the villa was easy to reach and answered promptly. All in all we were happy with the property.

The Villa is nearby a main road, so one of the bedrooms (with 2 single beds) was a bit noisy. The water heater capacity was not enough for 2 bathrooms, meaning that showering simultaneously was challenging at best and more than 3 people in a row were unable to have a quick shower and had to wait some time in order to be able to have a proper shower. While we were thankful for the complimentary drinks and sweets, we would have preferred to have been given enough toilet paper for our stay. We found pretty rude the fact that for a 10 days stay for 6 people, we were only given 3,5 rolls and were told we had to purchase it if we needed more, given the money we paid for our stay. In addition, the mattresses were not very comfy.

The residence was the best I have ever stayed in.

It had everything , view,location ,weather and comfort

The fence around the garden eas almost completly broken, not safe. The beds on 3 floor was so hard as sleeping on the floor. The beach was not so accesable .
