The hotel staff have a high level of service. The complimentary shuttle service to Lahore airport was first class. Overall the family and I were greatly satisfied with the service and hotel facilities, with a number of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Facilities and rooms were very nice! Staff was excellent with Usman from Swiss Cafe providing good service as always. A special thanks to Ms Asiya for taking very good care. It’s what will make me come back for sure!

i just wanna thank you all staff. Special Naveria, hicaz, asia, ahmad, raza, kamal, falek. Thank you guys. Also i can say thanks to night shift manager ( sorry i forgot his name). They helped me a lot about all my special issues. And the hotel was perfect. it was my 4th time in Lahore. That was best hotel i ever stay. I'm gonna stay there again when i come back.

The booking, check-in experience, room, facilities all were excellent.

Staff is really cooperative especially at the reception.. Mr mubasher made sure i get early check in althougut it wasnt requested before my arrival.. Room was clean and comfortable and house keeping staff made sure that all the needs are fulfilled.. Food was nice as well.. Professionalism was on top of the line.. Will definitely prefer this hotel again if required..

Very we’ll decorated

The reception staff was highly unprofessional, they hung up the phone on me for 4 times. The TV wasn’t working , it complaint about it for 3 times then they fixed it. The small TV issue took 3 hours to resolve. I specially paid extra money for Deluxe Room so i can use Jacuzzi but jacuzzi was leaking. Hotel staff was unable to fix the leak and they didn’t change my room. I ended up tackling with issues until midnight. It was complete waste of money and time for me.

The food quality was inferior; I ordered fish and chips, which was a terrible experience; they served frozen and smelly fish.
