out of the busy town but within walking distance if you wanted to go to town, boutique resort, the restaurant/cafe was exceptional

the bed in the vila I had make noise when u move in the bed. imagine if ur married!! and couples in the bed during the football match. I leave it to each individual to evaluate!!

Friendly atmosphere. Staff very helpful. Garden and pool well maintained. Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in the room and you can borrow an iron if you need one. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable (although it creaks a lot being made of bamboo). The food in the attached restaurant is good quality and good value.

Our air con worked too well to the extent that our room felt, at times, like an ice box (think the thermostat needs repair). You can take a shortcut into Ubud from the property by the side of the monkey sanctuary (takes about 10 mins to walk it) but pedestrians share the narrow path with scooters/motor bikes and it feels quite dangerous - wouldn’t like to do it in the dark !

We stayed at bali bohemia for 5 nights. The location is amazing. it's very close to monkey forest. lush green and well maintained property. Staff was courteous and helpful. Pool was nice. 4 to 5 feet deep. While Bali bohemia restaurant had shorter menu, the food was great.

Sometimes the rastaurant gets rather busy and they might not accept orders to deliver in room. It happened to us only once, but there is always an option to dine in. Reception closes at 8pm which felt a bit early Rooms could be a bit more well lit

Beautiful family owned small hotel at one of the (closed) gates to Monkey Forest. Nice restaurant with innovative food, primary with Arabic influences. Can watch the monkeys from the restaurant. Very friendly and nice staff, nice garden and small pool. Was very suitable for us for our one week Ubud stay. Just a short walk to downtown.

As already told staff, the lightbulbs on bed or outside could be a little bit brighter, so you can read in the evening. That's it..

Very pleasant and quiet spot, tucked away from the noisier streets, with a super lush and relaxing garden and pool. Everyone working here are very friendly and genuine. A special thanks to all the staff who not only gave us a pleasant stay, but also helped us locate and get back our luggage that was lost in transfer in Jakarta. We really hope to come back some day.

noice of scooters klamboo is beautifull, but not really Functional (holes, Does not really fit the bed).

the decor is magical , the staff are incredibly helpful and kind , the cafe is perfect and food is great! a lovely menu , location - the best you will get. it can be noisy if your in the front garden villa like I was , but it varies depending on the day . I still managed to get good rest fluent and well spoken English so don’t worry about that. infact most of the people in Bali esp ubud speak read and understand English well. truly a special and unique experience 🧜🏽‍♀️💫

I was sick while there, I believe I left Australia with a flu virus. I could not get out of bed to eat, but a gorgeous girl cam to look for me. She got into the room and gave me food and water until I was well enough on the last day to go to the Batik factory. I feel very strongly that for health and safety reasons, there must be telephones installed in each hut. Especially as my wifi would not work even with an Indonesian sim in it. It was really a desperate time for me as I could not call reception for help to a doctor or to order food or drinks. Please consider this when there is a meeting with the owner. It is a lovely place to stay, but unless rails to and from the rooms for elderly patrons to get in and out of the rooms and reception etc. I will not be returning any time soon
