The property was well kept and right in the heart of town

Ensuite is quite small but well presented

Excellent location, just 3min walk to the 2 main streets of Arrowtown

Facilities can be cleaner, some dust are found on the board. Not aware of the free breakfast or else can have a taste of authentic NZ breakfast by the friendly owner.

The room we stayed in was really nice as was the breakfast, location and cleanliness

When we arrived there was a note on the office door to tell us which room we were in, and the host would come to meet us later when he arrived (that didn't happen) Had to look to find the room and carry the suitcases, which was a bit of a drag, as it was quite a way and there's stairs so you have to lift your case, good luck if it's 20kg. We stayed 2 nights, but didn't get clean glasses / cups for the second day, the room wasn't serviced, and the host said that was because he was being careful of Covid, but then proceeded to bring clean glasses / cups to the door, go figure, and also meet with us at breakfast and check out. Although there was an outdoor fireplace there wasn't any instructions on how to operate it (it's gas)

Quaint, great atmosphere, excellent host, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast. Would stay there again

Room was a bit small

Breakfast was nice and the location within a short walking distance to the main shopping street was very convenient. The bed was comfortable. Paul is a very welcoming host.

The room was a little on the small side. Also beware that the local fire station is right next door and the siren, when it goes off, is very loud.
