It was from home to home. It was equipped with everything required Lovely, safe and very relaxing. The hot tub jacuzzi was definetely the highlight, followed by barbecue facilities. Paulo was very helpful and was always at our disposal with any queries we had. Very responsive. Will return. Dog friendly place, great to bring my faithful dog.

Everything was right there. You had no need to do anything except go to grocery store. Very beautiful and comfy. We loved it. Staff was on top of everything. You will not want for anything.

Jacuzzi is obviously the main selling point. Besides that, the apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is also very good as you can reach most places within a short drive. The nice host was greeting us upon arrival although it was already later in the day.

The light! It is extremely cool (blue white) and not cozy at all. When we visited - in January - there was also no sun light to the terrace the entire day. We also didnt get Netflix running on the TV (no app, and couldnt log in via the "browser"). Finally, there was some confusion around the appartments: we booked "Golf" (the very last of the apartments) but got the "Sea" upon arrival (the very first one, with direct access to the pool). No big deal, as the host offered us to switch after the other guests left the "Golf".

Nothing to point

The place and welcome was excellent, spacious, loved the design amd the garden, lounge area was sublime. The host has a good sence of hospitality and high service level and most importantly was her kindness, we hope she keeps this up and shares her way of working and service level through Albufeira ;-)

Its a bit far from the centres to rent a car straight from the airport is advisable especially when you fly in after dinner it is hard to find a restaurant that is open or a supermarket, however we do feel it is because of the evening clock rules changing every day.

We were met promptly on arrival and show to the Villa - full explanation given by Innes on where everything was and how they operate. immaculate accommodation and Service to match. we were not bothered or made to feel uncomfortable and Innes allowed us to check out at 2 as we had late flights, rather than 12pm. I would like to say that Ines the concierge was absolutely brilliant. she did not make us feel that anything was too much trouble.
