The view and location was good, no problem with finding a parking spot (public ones). The communication with seashell via WA was easy.

Lack of information about payments before the stay and possibility to take a photo of water and electricity meter at the first day (during the check in - everythingwas shown but note about bills wasn't provided). After a day I have got an email with information and random photos of above meters with note that if we will cross them then we are going to pay extra. Kind of noisy due to close distance from seaport.

Great location very quiet sleeping room and beautiful sea view

The apartment is a bit old styled and has been used for many years so everything is a bit old. But that is the Malta way. And the kitchen cooking pans could be a better quality too but we got the best use of it.

bathroom very outdated bedrooms bare bones: no reading light, no decoration to speak of, openings in the windows that let the storm wind in, wistling all night blankets: not recently washed ? (sheets were ok) kitchen: ok, but the gasoven was not working; the gas stove worked but not the electrical ignitor - simply not connected we reveived almost daily messages from the host (we never met in person) not to use too much AC, not to use the warm water too much, not to leave anything on while we were away, to put the garbage out, to pay the tourist tax … a very business-like treatment

Everything went perfectly, Ruth and Neville were extremelly helpful when our flights got cancelled and we wanted to extend our stay an extra few days. Location of the apartment is perfect for the shops, bars and restaurants in Buggiba centre and had a wonderful view of the front and sea, but also was in a quiet location far enough away that you weren't disturbed by any noise from the nightlife. During our stay they and their team were very helpful with information and any queries we had. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend the accomodation.

Nice appartment, good location, great people.

It is only tiny things, but they would increase comfort just because we would not have to take care of it: a hand soap, some washing detergent, more toilet paper.

The apartment was as described and really clean and tidy. The view from the three balconies was amazing and the communication with the owners was easy and uncomplicated. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to grocerie stores, restaurants and the sea. We can definitely recommend it and would be happy to go there again!

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The hosts were exceptional offering lots of tips of where to go. Their communication was brilliant. They also left a lovely gift of Malta wine and snacks on arrival. Sun loungers available for roof top bathing.

Seating was not particularly comfortable and the living area was much smaller than I expected. Bathroom was exceptionally small with not enough shelving to put washing needs. In comparison to other properties we have hired in the past I felt this was slightly over priced.

Thank You Neville & Ruth 5 star hosts for all you advise and help . This beautiful apartment is well located with super comfortable beds everything we needed and more. We have great memories made in Malta and will return to this Apartment No 12 with stunning sea views
