Fotis is the perfect host. He is very polite, his accommodation is really wonderfull, it is fantastic, very very nice houses, very clean and totaly quite. Also the room was huge, new and very beutifull with very nice interior design. Better than on the fotos. The sunset on this beach is fantastic. The beach is very very clean and sandy and very close to the accommodation. In about 50 meters. One of the best beaches ever. The cleaning stuff and the assistant stuff are also very polite. Wifi works perfect. Everything in the accommodation, works. Everything was perfect !!!! For sure we will come again ! We can highly recommend this accommodation !!!!!

The house it’s very well organized, with kitchen area, nice and confortable bedroom zone, a stylish bathroom, a nice terace with modern wood furniture. The materials and the colours of the furniture are so relaxing (white, navy blue, light grey). The attitude of the Owner is perfect. We really appreciated he was so opened and he helped us with everything when we need something. It’s a small, nice and cosy house, perfectly for a family with 1 or even 2 kids. The private parking is like an anexa to the 7 houses of Evgenia treats - we appreaciated it. Cleaning service was perfect. In conclusion, we will choose again Evgenia Residences when we will return to Limnos, due to the relaxing atmosphere and Mr. Fotis welcoming attitude.

The owner, Fotis, is an excelent host. Rooms are clean, very well build and maintained. Breakfast offered was plentiful in a beautiful location by the see. Towels changed every day. Parking available.

If there would be a downside is that you need a car to go to Myrina.

This place gave us a wonderful vacation on the shores of the Aegean sea. Very cosy separate houses with everything you need inside: comfortable beds, kitchen with all necessary accessories and utensils, nice bathroom, and balcony. Very high-quality indoor cleaning! In the morning you can order fresh delicious breakfast. Nearby there are beaches with shores for every taste: from sand to stones. You can also find a small minimarket near the road. We'd especially like to notice Fotis respect for his guests. He, like a magician, runs everything and tries to help everyone who needs it. Also, we'd like to thank Maria for her work. Without them, our vacation would never be as good as it was. Thank you!
