Disappointing End to an Otherwise Lovely Stay We recently stayed at this Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou in Majorca, and while our experience started off wonderfully, it was ultimately marred by an unfortunate incident that left a lasting negative impression. First and foremost, I want to commend Stephanie, the female manager, for her exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and making my mother’s 60th birthday trip extra special. Stephanie's hospitality truly stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Her efforts were a solid 10/10. However, everything took a turn for the worse in the last 15 minutes of our stay. Despite confirming with Stephanie that we could stay until 13:30 at the pool area due to our late flight, the male manager rudely interrupted our peaceful afternoon, yelling at us to leave immediately. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior was shocking and completely out of line. We were left feeling disrespected and confused—never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a guest. It's baffling that someone who clearly lacks basic customer service skills is involved in this industry. We now understand why there are negative reviews about this place; we aren’t the first to experience such appalling treatment. While we appreciated Stephanie’s hard work and kindness, the male manager’s behavior is a deal breaker. Unfortunately, due to his rude and idiotic conduct, I cannot recommend this establishment. This incident soured what could have been a perfect stay, and it’s a shame that such unprofessionalism overshadowed an otherwise great experience.

Wir waren in der Casita untergebracht, welche nicht im Haupthaus liegt, sondern in einem kleinen Gebäude nebenan. Dadurch hatte man wirklich seine Ruhe und konnte auf der eigenen Terrasse entspannen. Es ist alles sehr idyllisch und das Gelände liebevoll angelegt. Mit einem Auto ist alles, was man benötigt oder unternehmen möchte, gut erreichbar. Wir haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge von Stefanie erhalten und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen mit viel Liebe zubereitet und es war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Die Beleuchtung vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft ist etwas dürftig, was uns das Finden des Eingangs am Ankunftsabend etwas erschwerte. Ansonsten würden wir noch empfehlen, dass Handtücher, wie mittlerweile üblich, nur getauscht werden, wenn der Gast es möchte.

Tout était parfait. Nous aurions aimé y passer une nuit supplémentaire mais n'avons pas pu le faire car nous étions quasiment à la fin de notre séjour. En tout cas, ma soeur et moi y reviendrons sans hésitation, dès que l'occasion se présentera. L'endroit est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Il est varié et composé de très bons produits de la région. Nous avons d'ailleurs acheter des confitures-maison, de l'huile d'olive et du sel vendus sur place. Une bien belle façon de prolonger les vacances ;)

Pasamos el puente de Diciembre y estuvimos genial, el desayuno estuvo perfecto. La habitación limpia, la ubicación excelente, la mujer muy amable. Gracias por su amabilidad.

Que al llamar por teléfono le cueste entender el castellano, aunque en persona te entiendes bien, porque intenta hablarlo lo mejor que puede.
