Location was fantastic really easy to walk to everything. The house is lovely with everything you need and the beds were really comfy.

The house is well positioned in Poole Old Town, and even though the area felt exceptionally built up, the house was comfortable and clean, quiet, and a stone's throw away from supermarkets and the exceptional independent coffee house - RipTide. On arrival at the property, Debby greeted us and shown around the house, which was appreciated - as our arrival was quite late into the evening. The bedding and beds were immaculate, soft and comfortable - boutique hotel level. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics to make a brew and even season a meal. The house was warm. Stocked with firewood and equipment with media entertainment. Overall, an enjoyable short stay for me, my partner and our little boy.

Extremely minor issues - almost not worth mentioning but - the coffee machine water tank had not been emptied or cleaned for some time it seems - I needed a bit of a scrub to lift off the residue from standing water. And the hairdryer might need replacing - the rubber finish is exceptionally sticky. The thing works fine though, and it's a minor issue given everything was so great. There was a slightly used oven tray left in the oven, but that passes as a minor oversight during clean down - in my book. Hard to find the faults.

The Victorian cottage had very stylish decor throughout and was very homely and comfortable

Really cosy, well equipped house with quality furnishings and linen etc, perfect for a family or group of friends. Great location close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, quay and public transport. Very cosy feel.

It is a lovely cottage but the Parking is permit only and difficult to find space.

The TVs didn’t work the whole time we were there because of a problem with Virgin. I was texting the owner to try to find out what was going on. Parking limited.

Home from home…. Very comfortable and convenient for the town. Easy to visit other towns and the local beaches.

Great location close to the seafront, nice pubs, and the High Street for supermarkets and takeaways. The parking permit provided allowed us to park very close. The cottage looked as good as, if not better, than in the photos. We felt at home the whole time there and had all mod cons available and the owner provided some basic household items and foodstuffs for us. Three comfortable double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, all very clean and well furnished. We loved it there.

Nothing really - if you want to be really picky maybe a timer system for the central heating.

Very convenient location - walking distance to shops, restaurants, town and harbour. The house was very comfortable, super clean and well equipped. A helpful caretaker who lived nearby met us on arrival.

Parking in the road outside. Not the owners fault, but a consequence of the town centre location. Daily permits, provided by the host, needed to be displayed.

Communication with the owner was excellent, the facilities were equally good. It's an ideal location for a family break.

There's nothing that we didn't like about this property.

Sarah's cottage was perfect... just what we needed for a long awaited break. The property met ALL our requirements ! Very clean all round... the beds and bedding were of above average quality and very comfortable. It was within easy reach of shops and Poole Quay. Hope to visit again

Excellent stay - all eventualities catered for.

Great accommodation with high quality well thought out facilities , centrally located within easy reach of great restaurants or a short drive to the beaches . , A perfect family break even when the sun doesn’t shine can fully recommend.

Parking was difficult had permits but not easy to find spaces nearby. Had to walk a fair distance on some days

We did not have any breakfast. The house in itself was lovely however I was disappointed to find the location and surroundings. Not being informed that it’s next to a school was inconvenient as we woke up to noise every morning. Also surround council flats did not make the stay as pleasant as it should have been

The heating was not working it was on and off. We had a 5 month baby with us who woke up feeling congested one morning. Getting the keys were slightly hard as we were provided a code that didn’t work. However the turnaround to get a plumber in was good.
