The house is very spacious, relatively well equipped, surroundings beautiful, and pool great.
Host and staff extremely accommodating, helpful and always available.
Was a lovely surprise to have had backup power. Unfortunately it is connected to everything, which we learnt the hard way, as the dishwasher and washing machine (which we had both started before unknown load shedding) drained the battery very quickly.
The position was great, easy drive to town / Brenton / Buffalo Bay and a stone's through away from MTB trails.
There is so much to do in Knysna and we will definitely be back
Although the appliances in the kitchen are of top notch, the kitchen is in need of some attention in respect to cutlery, crockery and implements, as well as the dishwasher and washing machine, which are basic and dated.
Outside furniture (especially for more than 4) could be upgraded.
We were there over peek season, and the noise from the N2 was quite intrusive at night. Couldn't sleep with sliding door open, it was simply just too noisy for us, and that made the room quite stuffy.
Daily service is not included, which would be expected at this level of accommodation. Even if it were just to do the kitchen

We had a self catering it was nice and everything on the kitchen was working 100percent
All was good the pool was full of water because of rain wished we could manage to get out some water so that we can enjoy swimming because it's too deep we're scared 🤣

Daniel was amazing to us. He welcomed us warmly. Rene was also very helpful over the phone. The house is truly breathtaking! We were mesmerized by what we saw. High end appliances and furniture. The kitchen was amazing and the views were spectacular. Super clean and warm. Felt so good being in that home. Kids loved it. We hardly left the property, that’s how much we loved it.

Beautiful view and property
Dirty carpets, stained linen, too close to the highway other people on the property, TV in main bedroom does not work, showers not clean (found a clump of persons hair in shower) and visible wear and tear throughout the house. Definitely not a 9.6 rating as advertised.

Stunning views of the lagoon and mountains. Spacious, quiet home for rejuvenating, with crickets singing you to sleep at night. Central for day trips to Brenton, Rheenendal or Knysna itself, with Seven Passes at your doorstep.
Rene is exceptionally friendly, she had just returned from fishing and shared fresh fish with us! She maintains the property really well, and ensured the pool was clean and full. Fully equipped kitchen, with smart microwave and oven, complete with gas for the loadshedding days 😋. Satellite tv, including a tv in the main bedroom. Very comfortable beds and showers, and everything was clean. There was no garage parking but there was a large tree and Rene also let me park under the building at any angle that suited. Such a great host and lovely home.

The house is beautiful, the views are lovely and it's located closer to most of the tourist attractions.
The Host was not there to welcome us. The police had to assist us to enter the premises. What a terrible experience, my family was traumatized and scared for their lives, we spent most of our Friday outside the gate in the dark until the police came. No WIFI code, no security, the pool was dirty, no toilet paper, no dishwasher!
